I was not able to have good service due to the total incomprehension of the employee (immigrant) who had no idea what cretons were... the order was a simple sesame bagle with cretons. not complicated it seems!!!!! And the other day I went back hoping for a better experience, the service was good but I was with my girlfriend and she kept getting stared at from the corner of her eye by some dirty old people who stay there the whole damn day chasing the "young people"... the atmosphere was at its lowest... she felt uncomfortable and we had to leave the restaurant for this reason

To be short, I am disappointed! I was served by a lady who speaks no French and very little English (ok labor shortage...), but made me roll my eyes and make me wait several minutes before being served because you are talking with your colleague is unacceptable! Not just French lessons that we should give him, but lessons on CUSTOMER service yes, yes! “Have a good day” is rare these days!

Location has its doors locked at 7:40 even though they have all the lights on and the staff are inside. According to online they are suppose to be open till 9.

Bunch of kids running the place, placed a drive through order, spoke to 3 different people to place my order...took forever for my order, when I pulled up to the window they were playing BALL ...joking around and doing the bare minimum...I hope the owner sees this...and my order was missing stuff!!!

I often stop-by for a coffee, staffing has become an issue for all small businesses in this domain. But when you order a simple coffee and for whatever reason even if marked correctly often it's wrong, they repeat back to you and still get it wrong, and finally if you don't stir a coffee sugar doesn't magically mix itself leaving thinking they forgot it until you got to the bottom and get sirop.Such a shame.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

This is typically an above average Tim Horton's location but for the past several weeks, the food has been affecting my digestion negatively (same type of thing that happens when people visit 3rd world countries). I suspect that there are new staff members that are not following hygiene or cleanliness protocols... I am afraid that I will not be able to continue buying food at this location because of this issue.

First time back at this Tim's since March 2020. I only gave 2 stars because the coffee and service were good. However, the place is falling apart. The family bathroom was out of order, the banquettes fabric completely falling apart and the floors were filthy. If you looked at the corners there was about a 2" contour with dark brown crud. Our group of 4 noticed all this right away. If that's what is obvious was is happening in the food prep area. Obviously the manager couldn't care less. No pride. Won't be going back.

Though the line at the drive-thru was long, it went very fast. My Tim-matin with sausage and bacon, with hash brown and cappuccino arrived quickly and hot. Well done Tim’s St. Lazare!
