Tim Hortons, a popular spot for coffee, has mixed reviews. While some appreciate the quick drive-thru service and hot meals like the Tim-matin with sausage, bacon, and hash brown, others have had issues with incorrect orders and long wait times. The service is a hit or miss and sometimes rude. The family and handicap bathroom is disappointing and cluttered, used as a storage unit where a stroller or wheelchair cannot fit. The coffee, although often ordered correctly, has been criticized for not mixing sugar properly. The location is wheelchair accessible. It is an absolute essential of any Canadian town, with a lot of younger workers and many customers.
