However, I've heard many complaints about the service. While they're not always perfect, keep in mind that there's often a lot of customers who just woke up and waiting for coffee coming here, and a lot of younger workers too. So it's important to cut them a bit of slack.“

“My husband and I stopped in on a Tuesday evening after a long day of driving through the area, and we were so glad we did. The coffee was fresh and hot, exactly what we needed, and the staff behind the counter were genuinely friendly without being rushed. We grabbed a couple of timbits and sat by the window for a good half hour just watching the quiet street outside, which was a lovely little break. It is a simple spot but sometimes that is exactly what you are looking for, and we would absolutely stop again on our next trip through Saint-Lazare.“

“It was a snowy day and the highway was a disaster so we took the exit and it was 9;56 pm and they closed at 10 fares welcomed us with a big smile and give us what we need usually no one do that they always said we closed i wish we live near by. Thank you fares for ur kindness“

“Stopped by Starbucks for a quick coffee break and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. The place was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere even during a busier time of the day.

My drink was made exactly the way I asked, and the staff were friendly and efficient without feeling rushed or robotic. Small thing, but they actually acknowledged people properly and kept things moving smoothly.

Seating was comfortable enough to sit and work for a bit, and the overall vibe felt relaxed. Definitely one of the better-managed Starbucks locations I’ve visited lately.“

“It's been a while since I have eaten here but wow I remembered what I was missing after going for breakfast on Saturday. The fruit is always fresh, eggs hot and the healthy menu options are great. The staff was very friendly and quick to serve drinks & take our order. Did not have to wait long for our meal. Highly recommend.“

“Had an issue arise with the Tim Horton's Mobile app. The manager of the store was very quick to assist me and regulate the situation.

I have been to this Tim's many times and have never had any bad service - the only problem came through the app and new staff but as mentioned, it was quickly resolved.

The ambience is awesome and people are friendly and they are very quick to fix your issues!!!
