Roquemont - Restaurant & Microbrasserie

It took almost 30 minutes to receive our drink orders after we placed them. It took an hour and a half to receive our dinner order- even then only half of the table received the order and half the table watched the other half eat. We had to ask multiple times for salt and condiments. One person at our table ordered another beer and it was never received by the time we left. While ordering dinner, one guest at our table attempted to explain to the server that they had a gluten allergy and required no gluten in their food and they were dismissed. Even when food was finally received, it was underwhelming. One positive- they brew fantastic beer. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Can't say anything about the food because we've been here over an hour and still haven't received our orders. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks. Perhaps because it's a busy Saturday night, but that means it's also extremely loud. Don't recommend for speedy service or a place to talk to friends.

Overpriced food and drinks and small portions. Ordered 2 cocktails and pretty sure they didn’t put any alcohol in one of them. The drinks arrived half full in the glass. The appetizer was so small we thought they forgot to put it on the plate. When we paid our bill the waitress was rude, confronting us why we didn’t tip her more.
I would give 1 star because we were able to bring our dogs on the patio.

Beau séjour. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Bonne table avec excellent service. Hôtel propre et bien confortable. Belle découverte dans notre province.

Chansonnier, food, and the beer wow it was magnificent. The maitre d' was very polite and very professional. I'm definitely going to go back there.

Bad experience…

Caught in the snow following Sunday's storm

I had to cancel my reservation with Roquemont in St Raymond last Monday

Since I was within 72 hours before my scheduled date according to their policy
I had to pay 💰 for my room in full.
I explained in vain that the storm in greater Quebec was not my fault and that it was dangerous to go out. No flexibility on their part. No credit for next time etc.

I canceled at other hotels too because we had a 5-night trip planned.
No problems or fees on their part and very understandable

Moral of this story it was my last visit to this establishment and we returned to the others after the storm
