even so very ordinary.

Beau séjour. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Bonne table avec excellent service. Hôtel propre et bien confortable. Belle découverte dans notre province.

Chansonnier, food, and the beer wow it was magnificent. The maitre d' was very polite and very professional. I'm definitely going to go back there.

Bad experience…

Caught in the snow following Sunday's storm

I had to cancel my reservation with Roquemont in St Raymond last Monday

Since I was within 72 hours before my scheduled date according to their policy
I had to pay 💰 for my room in full.
I explained in vain that the storm in greater Quebec was not my fault and that it was dangerous to go out. No flexibility on their part. No credit for next time etc.

I canceled at other hotels too because we had a 5-night trip planned.
No problems or fees on their part and very understandable

Moral of this story it was my last visit to this establishment and we returned to the others after the storm

First time we've had lunch there.
Very satisfied with the quality of the food served from the buffet. The taste of meats such as bacon and creton sausage, ham lacks a little flavor pep, BUT what a delight in general. 🩷 unlimited fresh fruit, homemade donuts, bacon bines, house bread, I would say it's the best buffet I've tried in the big city.
And the very courteous service with the smiling and busy young people. We really appreciated it. It has become our must-have.
Note that the formula for 2 people is not too expensive!

I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. The meals are good (Burger and poutine for me, salmon and steak for my colleague) the service is impeccable and the drinks were very good for me. The only thing I would note is that the price is rather expensive. Rather impossible to get out under $25. Why am I talking about the price, because when you stay at the Roquemont Hotel for work, you may not have the same budget as when you travel...

My recommendation would be to make a more affordable meal table for people who don't come to the restaurant to enjoy the bar and the atmosphere but rather to eat after a day of work.
