Baton Rouge St Sauveur, I was refused access with my Service dog even thought he was wearing his Service Dog vest, ID card, letters from the Doctor and Hospital and a letter from Human Rights Canada saying that I was not to be denied access with my Service any where in Canada and USA. My family came from Montreal to celebrate my Birthday. Reservations were made in advance along with mention that I would be accompanied with my Service dog. So much for my Birthday! As I turned to leave, the manager had the never to say , I hear it’s your birthday!
Will not return. Food was cold and dry, nothing special. Not like it used to be.
Go somewhere else.

Generous 4 star review considering the service was great.
Food was bland. You can now find better ribs elsewhere, the burger was so dry, poutine sauce so salty it's inedible.
No point for asking your fries well done, the kitchen always sends 'just done' fries.
Service is great, cozy ambiance (I think the last Bâton Rouge that's not renovated and has that cozy feel).

Fast and friendly service. Big portions. Good quality food. Nothing fancy but efficient and predictable.

Cold and old baked potato served with cold ribs. Not what it use to be. Not going there again.

Food looks good, but tastes under expectations. Prices are not justified, considering food quality. Our waiter was so-so, his way of speaking was not too pleasant.

Parking in the front of the restaurant can sometimes be a problem but there is ample parking behind the restaurant. Our 19h00 reservation for ten (10) was not a problem for them to accommodate us and we were seated at a nice round table for everyone to be able to talk to each other. Menu’s were already on the table at every seat. Our Server arrived as we were being seated with glasses for water and a very pleasant welcome. Those who wanted ordered a few drinks and we perused our menus for 10 minutes or so until everyone had decided what they wanted to order. As we had two (2) family members with food allergies, after our server took the orders the Manager came to the table to discuss how their chef’s will prepare the meals for these diners; which we appreciated. Appetizers arrived within a reasonable delay and were very tasty - Brussel Sprouts, Nacho’s w. Dip, Cauliflower. With ten (10) different mains ordered they all arrived at the same time with three (3) other servers helping ours bring them to the table so everyone had a hot dish all at the same time. After we had finished eating We had a birthday cake with us & our server brought us a fire starter device to light the candles and we were able to cut and serve the cake for everyone who still had some room for dessert. It was a very enjoyable evening and the reason we continue to return to this location in Saint-Sauveur.

The place was nice and the service was okay but it took 20 minutes for a server to come order our drinks. After ordering, it was a 20 minute wait before getting the food which isn't long but we still didn't have our drinks. My partner liked his meal but the fish in my dish tasted odd which i did mention to the server. Overall my experience wasn't incredible but I would be open to trying again.

New menu items I tried and liked: lobster bisque, and their crab cakes. Both delicious. Our table ordered ribs, chicken filet salad, ribs (of course!), sheimp tempura, Bloody Caezar. Our server JO was excellent! Both professional and friendly.

Not what it used to be food wise. But same exemplary wonderful service.
No more apples with cinnamon. Backed potato was ok but no sour cream on the side.

Supposed to be served mashed red potatoes and I received liquid powdered potato slurry. The chicken was good but seemed like it had been reheated in the microwave. If I compare with other Baton Rouge St Lazarre for example it is excellent in Saint Lazarre.
We were served by Ariane! Wow what a wonderful service! Thank you again for the beautiful evening!
