Supposed to be served mashed red potatoes and I received liquid powdered potato slurry. The chicken was good but seemed like it had been reheated in the microwave. If I compare with other Baton Rouge St Lazarre for example it is excellent in Saint Lazarre.
We were served by Ariane! Wow what a wonderful service! Thank you again for the beautiful evening!

Wow! Greatly disappointed with the service! They forgot the starter, when the main arrived, we mentioned it. The dishes were returned... the starter arrived, they came to see to say that the main course will be replaced! When the dish arrived... it was the same... 30 minutes later... Finally the waitress didn't come to refill my glass of wine! Lousy service!!
Extraordinary services thank you

At 8 p.m., we were enjoying our starters and were abruptly informed that the second course had to be sent immediately to the kitchen. If this constraint had been communicated to us upon our arrival, we would have avoided ordering starters. This forced us to hurry.
When the food arrived, the waitress assured us that she would come back to check if everything was okay. Unfortunately, she only returned after the plates had been largely eaten.
The ribs were sorely lacking in sauce, making the dish very dry. The flank steak ordered medium-rare, was served medium-well. As catering professionals we were particularly disappointed. The flank steak had no grill marks and looked more like something reheated in the microwave. This is the first time we haven't finished a steak.
When the waitress returned to clear up, we politely informed her of our observations. She voluntarily applied a discount to the bill, a gesture appreciated but which does not change the quality of the food. We still left a generous tip of 20% in cash.
When paying, we used a $100 gift card and specified that the tip was in cash when putting it on the table. The waitress, however, swiped the card in full, exceeding the bill amount. We therefore had to request a refund of the difference, a situation that could have been avoided. Was it a careless mistake or questionable practice? We will never know.
In conclusion, we were very disappointed with the food at this steakhouse and would not recommend it.

I expected a lot more!
I think the lack of cooking experience probably explains my disappointment. The cooks were no more than 25 years old. I salute their work, but still, it's boring to pay to go to a restaurant and it's not on the mark as they say.

I picked up here because the sports bars in the area were all full and here the bar is empty.

The restaurant was half empty at the time of our visit at 20:00, the calamari were rubbery, greasy and not warm enough, and the burger had dry meat, tasteless and rubbery chicken. A big disappointment for us because we were looking forward to visiting Baton Rouge in Montreal and the food there was perfect. The service in this restaurant was very nice, helpful and smiling. The decoration for Halloween was great, but the table under the lamp and the place under the windows were full of dust.

The miso broth wasn’t very good or tasty, neither was chicken, it was chewy and tasteless. I was craving a good ramon, what a disappointment. They didn’t even have the egg which I love. I didn’t eat very much of it because I didn’t care for it. The service was okay but I barely had time to look at the menu and I was barely done before she asked me if I wanted the check. Give me a little time before asking. Anyways I won’t be back here again.

We are disappointed that the restaurant no longer provide complementary bread for customers anymore. Dishes were a bit cold when they were brought to us. The risoto rib dish was too saucy for our taste. Washroom was a bit aged with broken door lock.

Half of the guests at our table were disappointed with the dish they chose. One of the dishes on the fall menu... It's a shame it somewhat spoiled the evening which had started well.
