Café White Et Compagnie

That was a nice surprise. After beeing lost in Tom Hortons Coffee Horror Kabinet i found this nice little coffee place with excellent “European” coffee experience and lots of little snacks. European actually means New Zealand coffee experience. The owner brought it over the ocean to this little town cafe. Really worth a stop.

I hav been here twice, months apart, and each time food and service was great!

I discovered this cafe through the Too Good To Go app. The food and drinks are great, but the service has been disappointing on my three visits, despite my efforts to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I bought more than the basket on the application to encourage them (coffee, coffee bag, salad etc.)

During my last visit with my mother, we waited a long time standing at the counter for an order that had already been paid for, but had not been prepared. Despite our politeness, no apology was offered to us, and we had the impression of being a nuisance.

Despite the quality of the food, better attention to customer service would significantly improve the experience. Unfortunately, I don't plan to return there.

Absolutely the best scone I've ever eaten in my life (dates and orange) just dense enough but lighter than the vast majority of scones... just for that, it's worth the detour!!

This comment is aimed at people who think they are getting a basket that is too good to go. My boyfriend and I took a basket (and received the same thing) for a value of $15 each. Two muffins that were too dry that we had to throw away and a tomato soup that we both didn't like and threw away as well. Did we get it for $15? I doubt it, but really the muffins were very far from fresh.

Came to this café with my spouse to have a coffee and dessert.

It was busy the whole time we were there.

Our latté coffees tasted excellent, well balanced with different options for milk and syrups.

I had the Coconnut cookie which was to die for.

They have soup, sandwiches and salads, made fresh onsite. They looked excellent. We will return to try them for sure.

The staff was friendly and courteous. This place is a must if you are looking to wind down with a coffee or a light lunch.
