Exceptional service provided by Messrs. Gabriel, Zach and Félix who have each, in their own way, worked beyond the expectations of a Harveys franchise. Since they were closing at the time we returned, they were easily able to tell us that the kitchen was closed. But they generously took our order and even offered more in our meal than we ordered. Their primary focus was to offer us unparalleled service and we are really happy to be able to frequent this Harveys in particular...
The lady who tops our burgers "strongly insists" on putting the "sauce" on first. The customer before me "stood up to her" and ended up having the mustard in the end. In turn, same thing, I tell her that it will be at the end...she insists! I told her that if she wants to put the mayo right away, put it on the bread. I told her I liked mayo on condiments not on meat...she said it was the same thing. Harveys advertises on the fact that we choose...that...
