For me, the poutine from La Belle Province, specifically that from Saint-Sau, is the best. I don't know if it's years of good memories here or what, but I miss her constantly. A must when I return to my old home.

I had a fantastic experience at La Belle Province in St. Sauveur! Despite the ongoing construction in the area, it's absolutely worth the visit. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what you’d expect from a classic Quebec fast-food spot! It’s great to see a local business providing such quality service during a tough time for the area. I’ll definitely be back and encourage everyone to support this gem!

Charming place. The food was exactly what I expected: tasteful and fresh. The staff was great, even when it was super busy. I would come back to try other things on the menu.

Compared to the Belle province restos near me, this was a letdown. The Michigan sauce was not very good and poutine was way too salty.

The fries were good but I had a sub, it was bathed in the juice of the onions and mushrooms, probably not cooked enough, a real soup, for $18 per sub, it's a real shame.
The service was okay though.

We ordered 6 hot dogs and 1 poutine. The hot dogs were ok but the poutine.....The fries were old, empty and dry, we were very disappointed unfortunately.
