Dinner on December 31, 2024 really mediocre.
It's a shame because our previous experience was much better
The reception remains very average, go sit down and I'll say no more.
The poor sick waitress with her arm in a cast.
The starter was okay and the main course was very bad. The dessert was good with a cappuccino that was not great.
It's still expensive as a meal for a menu at $100 and $80

Unfortunately this will be our last time
I wish this restaurant to get back on track

Pastiche Pastiche

Very nice restaurant! However, we arrived at 6 p.m. at our reservation time and had our main meal at 8 p.m.! It was my sister's birthday and we asked if it was possible to celebrate the event and we were told: We don't do that here. The waitress was very nice, but the kitchen staff did not provide. The dishes were good without exceeding our expectations. Despite the beautiful atmosphere, the extremely slow service will mean that we will not return there.

A quick note to tell you that our Christmas dinner was a fiasco.
When we arrived, no one to welcome us, after a while we asked the waitress if our table was ready, she told us that she was very busy...
For the meal flank steak cooked like the sole of a boot, cold lobster and no tongs to open the carcass, no garlic butter.
It seemed like no one had control of the kitchens??
To conclude, 4 out of 7 people have had gastro.
Very unfortunate because we went twice this summer and everything was perfect.

We went on December 24, 2024. Unfortunately, lack of staff, it was incredible. It's not the waitress's fault, she was in the juice literally. A waitress and also a cook were missing. Ill it seems..In our group, 5 out of 8 people were afflicted by gastro..Maybe the members of the restaurant team were carrying this virus and left us this gift..that makes me makes it sad because I'm a regular here and it's always been good. But there, they escaped solidly.

We booked our Christmas dinner at this place for 6 p.m.
1- we entered, no hello only do you have a reservation?
2- We sit in our place. It's very cold. Twice, we were asked if we had our first service. It’s 7 p.m. when we receive our first service.
3- 7:15 p.m. our entry
4- 8:05 p.m. we get up and leave.

I look at the people around me at a table diagonal from us with people who entered at the same time and finished. People to our right are finishing their desserts. People to our left who ask for the bill and leave with their dessert because they are frozen and we are the same, I even have my girlfriend who puts her feet on me so that I can warm them, her feet are frozen. People nearby are eating with their winter coats on!

5- I send a message to the person who took my reservation and since then no response.

There you go, am I going to go back “NO”

ARKE! The vegetables were completely charred, the salmon overcooked. The service is extremely long, the plates are cold and the food is terrible. Be careful, in the evening of December there was no heating.

We went to this restaurant and we were 6 adults and 5 young children. We were given a group menu for groups of 10 people or more, at a minimum cost of $50. The children had their "children's" menu, so a different menu. No à la carte dish was available for us, we had to take the table d'hôte, a limited and very expensive menu. Not everyone wants a table d'hôte, nor does they want to pay $50 for dishes that don't interest them. I find this unacceptable, especially since we were not warned when booking. Additionally, we were informed upon entering the restaurant that we had two hours to eat. No advance notice by telephone. I will not return!

We had dinner outside on October 5th and it was adorable! The food is divine and the service is perfect. If you pass by, you absolutely must try this restaurant! We loved the filet mignon croquettes hummmmm!
