It was our 22nd wedding anniversary last night August 23 rd 2025 ,I tracked down Chef Warren Assaly (my cousin )to visit his restaurant. He spoiled us with a special dish which we named The Cousin Special ! It was delicious, over the top quality ingredients and quantities. Melt in your mouth meats . To finish off we had crème brûle et pudding chômeur( le recette de sa Grand-maman . ) Chef Warren made the evening special by personally bringing the dishes and giving a description of ingredients and preparation.
The staff was fantastic, the waitress hilarious and the other clients on the terrasse made the evening memorable. There was even a second marriage proposal and many laughs had by all .
All in all it was a culinary masterpiece and experience we will remember and speak of often !

We were there at 5 pm so we were the only customers. The waitress was very nice, the wine pleasant but the food was mediocre and badly cooked. Ordered the surf n turf for 2: the steak was rare when we ordered medium, chicken breast was overcooked and flavorless, there were 4 small shrimp. Nice selection of vegetables but oily and overcooked, bland. Overall, the meal was disappointing, not the quality we used to get at this place in the past.

Soooo glad we opted for this restaurant! First, the place is a quaint little place that I love with great atmosphere. But the best part was that we were lucky to have their last Tomahawk Steak of the weekend. And wow, it was worth it. It was so good and unexpected and the price was more than fair. Linda was a fantastic server and really made a big deal of our plate to add to the fun. So glad we chose this little place, absolutely no regrets and will recommend to my friends and family.

Excellent restaurant if you are looking for French cuisine, a warm and intimate atmosphere. Our waitress, Laury, was welcoming, smiling and attentive. His recommendation for the perfectly cooked Tomahawk, for two to share, was spot on. All accompanied by a delicious red wine, we were delighted! We recommend it. See you next time for sure 😉

Recent experience. Reserved 2 days in advance. Asked to have a table near window for 2, at 5:30. Person I spoke with said usually we don't take reservations but for 5:30 there should be no problem. So we arrived at resto 5:25 the hostess greets me I tell her re reservation . But table already taken..... then the couple leaves. So I ask the hostess if we could have the table but she says. There is another couple waiting for this table. She offered another table but I said no and left. All this just to say if you can not offer the table that was asked for while reserving by phone just say no...

I was disappointed with the service in particular, and expensive for what it was.

Beautiful little restaurant in the heart of the village of St-Sauveur. The food is good. The staff is very pleasant. We had a lovely evening with friends.

Had a lovely meal that was very tasteful. Escargot was prepared in a unique style and maybe my favorite from now on. The duck was done just right and the fish of the day was Mahi and flavourful. Would return next time we visit the area.
