Charging nearly $10 for a Matcha that tastes like nothing but milk and sugar is unacceptable. For the past two months, something has clearly been off in the way the Matcha is being prepared (especially the hot one), and it’s disappointing given the price point !

Came in for a cappuccino and egg sausage sandwich, average service great sandwich coffee too much milk

And they froth more milk than needed each time and throw out more than used what a waste !!! Specially when you charge so much for lactose free. Reduce the waste reduce cost

I can't say enough good things about the Starbucks in St-Sauveur! The service is incredibly fast—my drink and Falafel pocket were ready in literally one minute. The employees are always kind, courteous, and radiate positivity (special shoutout to Anaïs and Marc). They’ve never made a mistake on my order, and the little handwritten notes on every item truly make my day. It’s the kind of thoughtful touch that keeps me coming back!

We waited 30 minutes to get our drinks, and there were errors (hot instead of cold).

Only 3 employees, including one in training and prioritizing mobile app drinks. There were at least 15 drinks that were more than an hour old.

On the other hand, Anais was by far the most positive employee despite everything! 😊

I ordered a hot white moka, recieved a chocolate Frappuccino, I told the young girl wrong order and said what I had ordered. Got on the road and she again gave me wrong order...a hot chocolate. To late to turn back.

I am truly disappointed by the recent changes to the seating arrangement. The large table in the middle used to create such a welcoming and communal atmosphere, but now it's gone. Also, the new lighting is awful...it gives me a headache every time I try to study. It feels like being under a harsh spotlight, almost like being on the operating table in a hospital. I was really excited for the renovation, but I’m incredibly let down by how it turned out. I even asked people around me what they thought, and they all dislike the new setup too... i hope this will change something at least in the lighting situation...
