Slowest service ever. Ordered 2 drinks online at 3:09pm, came in at 3:20pm, the app said it was ready at 3:12pm and it wasn’t, 10 minutes later they finished one of the drinks, didn’t start the other one. We asked them about it and they couldn’t find it, so they asked to see my phone. I asked them to remake the first one since it has already been 10 minutes of just sitting there, they argued saying we haven’t been there for 20 minutes even though I had the proof.

Charging nearly $10 for a Matcha that tastes like nothing but milk and sugar is unacceptable. For the past two months, something has clearly been off in the way the Matcha is being prepared (especially the hot one), and it’s disappointing given the price point !
Came in for a cappuccino and egg sausage sandwich, average service great sandwich coffee too much milk
And they froth more milk than needed each time and throw out more than used what a waste !!! Specially when you charge so much for lactose free. Reduce the waste reduce cost
