We waited 30 minutes to get our drinks, and there were errors (hot instead of cold).

Only 3 employees, including one in training and prioritizing mobile app drinks. There were at least 15 drinks that were more than an hour old.

On the other hand, Anais was by far the most positive employee despite everything! 😊

I ordered a hot white moka, recieved a chocolate Frappuccino, I told the young girl wrong order and said what I had ordered. Got on the road and she again gave me wrong order...a hot chocolate. To late to turn back.

I am truly disappointed by the recent changes to the seating arrangement. The large table in the middle used to create such a welcoming and communal atmosphere, but now it's gone. Also, the new lighting is awful...it gives me a headache every time I try to study. It feels like being under a harsh spotlight, almost like being on the operating table in a hospital. I was really excited for the renovation, but I’m incredibly let down by how it turned out. I even asked people around me what they thought, and they all dislike the new setup too... i hope this will change something at least in the lighting situation...

In St-Sauveur well located at the corner of Route 364 and Rue St-Denis before taking Route 15. Courteous service and good selection of coffees and side dishes.

Asked for green tea latte and got coffee. The server was not paying attention to what she was doing. The Starbucks on Welland Ave. Is a disaster!

12 lunches out of stock and out of stock on oat milk (it's unfortunate when 3/4 of the autumn drinks are made with oats)

In short, if you don't want to have a choice, Starbucks is the one for you.

A very nice place, which is a little old, compared to some which may be more modern, however the drinks are the same,
the staff is helpful, and the place has a very small terrace but very pleasant at the end of the day
