Avoid at all costs! We ordered on January 1, 2025
2 soups and a tray of sushi.. the soup: a few vegetables in hot water with 3 shrimps floating
The sushi platter was tasteless and fresh, 4 fish makis that tasted nothing and the rest just avocado and cucumber! Equals expired grocery store sushi!!

Always impeccable and super attentive service! It's been over a year since we ordered our sushi from Sushi Saint-Sauveur! Always delicious and the customer service is truly personalized. We feel their love for their customers. Thank you very much for existing in the region! ☺️🫶🏼

Reduflation on Nigiri; Indeed 3 to 4 times smaller but not the price. I'll try another place next time.

In the past, we really liked the sushi at this restaurant. This week (2023-01-04), the pieces of fish on the a la carte nigiri (salmon, tuna, etc.) were tiny and very thin, similar to the smallest pieces I've encountered in supermarket sushi. The teriyaki chicken ordered by my partner was good, nothing more. Overall, this time, the quality/price ratio was very low. Fortunately, the staff was friendly, as in the past.
We hope this is a temporary deviation as this restaurant was our favorite in St-Sauveur.
Addition 2024-10: We decided to try again. As before, the welcome and staff are superb. This time, we chose makis and nigiri for 4 people, to take away. The freshness was there and the meal was a success. However, the size of the fish (very fresh) on the nigiri remains unsatisfactory, but beyond the size of the fish on supermarket nigiri.
So the makis and nigiri are satisfying and we will surely be back.
On the other hand, I continue to dream of sushi from the best Japanese restaurants in Vancouver or San Francisco.

fish on nigiri is very thin like supermarket sushi, rice isn't right, combos dont have variety and are also cheap ingredients.

The service is excellent! Sushi always fresh and made with quality products. We also tried their tartares and their General Tao chicken which are also succulent.
The owners are always very welcoming. A special mention for their waitress Rosie who always makes us laugh.
