Pretty standard for Tim Horton's. Staff was friendly and store was clean. Slight issue was they forgot the milk in my tea but overall a good experience.

The Staff seemed to struggle with speed before my turn, so I was gonna try the mobile order, but it had 2 different address on same street, so I decided to wait in line. I asked for 2 coffees & 2 breakfast sandwich & 2 hashbrowns. 10 minutes later I got my food but only 1 sandwich & hashbrown. We checked order and he only put one, so I had to go back to order the 2nd one and wait again but this time was even worse! Was inside for a good half hour while my family was waiting in the car with it running! Very frustrating way to start our long drive home!
I suggest putting the store address on the mobile sign at counter.

I'm giving it a star and I'd like to explain why.

When you enter a restaurant, you would agree with me that the cleanliness is one of the most important thing in a restaurant.
but still, have the minimum of it.

Don't get me wrong, it's a fast food chain and it is not a luxury restaurant. But after going to the bathroom and it's summer, its hot and humid so yea I can't expect to be clean and shiny. But the trash bin more than full, trash on the floor and urine and poop on the floor, cause yea it did smelled alot, there's a problem. I mean even the company is saying that if the bathroom is not clean please see the staff so they can be aware.

So it is what I did, but that they are telling me they will do it when they will close the restaurant. and as for right now they can't do it because they are on a rush.. I mean you guys are 3 and you have 2 clients.

Anyway it sucks because it used to be a nice place.

Clean your restaurant, and people will be grateful to come take a coffee at your Tim Hortons.

I had a really weird interaction there yesterday. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker without being answered, thinking their was a problem with the speaker I drove to the window to order.
The teenager working the window, told me I would not be able to order and would need to re-do the now long line-up.
I asked for a manager.
The manager approached, told me too bad so sad and to wait all night that he will not serve me, and slammed the window shut on my face.
I don't really understand the mistreatment, as I waited in line- same as any other customer, and was treated with such disrepesct.
I will be reaching out to Tim-Hortins head office as well, this is not how you treat humans, let alone an animal. No one deserves the disrepect this tim hortins serves.

After standing at the cashier’s spot for 10 minutes unattended, a guy appeared and we asked for two espressos. We were told that they don’t have milk or cream (we drink them black), then the guy disappeared without further actions. Another came out and refused to speak in English (no problem, my husband speaks French), then refused to serve us the espressos for whatever reason. What a waste of time. We went to Cafe Depot.

Bad ,slow service , the employers are not even caring . Very impolite . The store was smelling bad . The Tim Hortons stores shouldnt be like this , please take care to not go to the worst
