Worst possible service ever. Can't get order right, can't find utensils and doesn't provide it unless you stop a cashier to ask. Gave the wrong item and very very slow service. Can't even do that one job they had. Go to another one thanks.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ordered. It takes 15 minutes to get a response and another 20 minutes to get your order, customer service 0. Even if you're hungry, don't go there.

No music.. stuck to endure the sound of the compressors! Lukewarm food set up Mc Do style (understand everything crooked) mound of bottles of cleaners of all kinds on the counter.. while the tables right next to it are not super clean 🙄. Clearly prioritizes the drive-thru service to the detriment of the people at the counter.. he has to place 10 car orders for 1 or 2 at the counter.. not normal! Your coffee tastes burnt and is literally disgusting!

Luckily the employee at the counter was very nice!

I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons St-Sauveur drive-thru today, thanks to the lovely lady who took our order. She greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, making our day brighter from the start. She got our order spot on and was incredibly patient, even as I decided on a few last-minute items. Her positivity and genuine care for customers are exactly what makes this Tim Hortons location special. Thank you for the great service and for adding a little extra kindness to my day! merci pour mon délicieux croissant au fromage aussi!

Moi et ma conjointe avons attendu plus de 20mins et ce malgré que nous avions préalablement fait une commande mobile! Pas de lattes, pas la bonne commande pour finalement partir avec des sandwiches qui ne correspondent pas a ce que nous avions commandé! Finalement après 30 mins nous nous somme résolu à manger ce qu’on a reçu et payer 10 $ de latte dans en avoir !
