The fish and chips were over fried and tasted unusual, staff offered replacement fries but they tasted the same. Server offered a replacement dish, however I turned the offer down.

I'm a fan of fish and chips...quite ordinary meal. At the time a very quiet since we were very early for supper. The waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs.

Bangers & Mash, Fish & Chips, and Braised Beef were all excellent, as was the strawberry cheesecake we had. BUT, after our order was taken and the food brought to our table by a busboy or another waiter, our waitress (don't know her name) essentially disappeared and didn't check to see if we were good or wanted more drinks or anything.

So I don’t usually do bad reviews on restaurants because I enjoy every single bit on being served ! But that one time in Ye Old Orchard pissed me off.
First and foremost we were a big group, wich I understand, is hard to sit but it can be easily managable.The attitude we had from the servers was far from being acceptable. I had been waiting an hour to recy a beer, went to the bar to make a follow up on my order and was told that it would be complicated if I ordered at both places. But… Come on, one hour for a draft beer is not what I call being well served.
I do not recommend the place , employees are mean and are not helpful.

Came around 7:15, sat at the bar. Place is empty. No service for 10 minutes. I just wanted a beer… The atmosphere wasn’t great either.

This is one of my favorite pubs in saint sauveur. I like to go on Fridays and seat at the bar to enjoy the live band having my Bubble Gum Beer (something like that). My husband and my son love the burgers but I'm a little bit picky, so I'd like to see healthy options at the menu but I know it's rare everywhere. The atmosphere is really cool , staff attentive. It's a must go place in Saint-Sauveur.
