Love stopping here! Super friendly staff that create some of the most amazing sandwiches and deserts. They also have a selection of locally curated books and art as well as fresh flowers for sale. Sit outside at the picnic tables under the giant trees or grab a bite to go.

So a small village patisserie with a big story. Go speak to lady Gorchon who is very kind a welcoming. The coffee and sandwich was awesome. I also bought canned olives with filling and they were delicious. Totally recommend if you are visiting Stanstead.

The owner is originally Belgian and all her sandwiches are delicious!The place also has a small stand with cookbooks that you can consult and a table with local products.Located very close to the entrance to the Lake Tomofino cycle path, since my visit a year ago I have noticed increased attendance, more products and a greater diversity of products! Definitely a place to stop in Stanstead for a (excellent) snack!!The only downside is that there are no toilets for customers.
