Rude lady!!!! I asked to grill my sandwich and she refused because she told me they have to clean the mess in the grill…. So customer is not going to clean that. It comes under your job duties . She was super disrespectful.

Let's be honest, even if it's not the fault of the restaurant itself.... $40 for 1 barbecue brisket salad and a bowl of terriaky chicken rice and 2 fountain drinks, it's expensive in Crisse... especially since it's is served with forks that will barely finish the salad and cardboard straws. It's time to review your business plan, we're not in a steakhouse...

Worst experience ever! Steaks still frozen, I am told that they will heat up with the cheese: result, not at all! Bad bread served too. The service is horrible: no action to resolve this situation, the staff understands nothing and makes no effort.

The sandwich was good but the service was pretty flat. I had the impression of disturbing the employee even though the restaurant was empty.. no smile or response when I spoke to him.. in short, it doesn't make me want to go back there unfortunately!

Although the employee made our sandwiches quickly and correctly, she told us the dining room was closed because it closed in 15 minutes. We still managed to eat quickly there, especially since the posted closing time is 9:00 p.m. Is this normal practice or a unilateral decision by this employee? All in all an unpleasant experience.
