I’m genuinely, genuinely, genuinely curious how this Tim Hortons is still in business.
The coffee somehow tastes like black water that briefly met a coffee bean.
Every time I stop by, the line is out the door, there’s only one employee trying to do the job of five, the drive-thru is complete chaos, and the whole place feels like it’s one minor inconvenience away from becoming a reality TV show.

Excellent
Very dirty floors and tables are not cleaned much and some employees can never get a somple order right.

Tim Hortons provides excellent service with a smile, attentive to customers' needs. The restaurant has a nice parking lot and is kid-friendly, offering high chairs. Despite being busy, the staff works hard and remains pleasant. With a convenient mobile ordering system, customers can easily place orders and pick them up with ease.
