We had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. We waited around 12 minutes before anyone came to serve us, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy.
What made the experience worse was the way we felt we were being treated because we were teenagers wearing coloured wigs. We felt very judged and uncomfortable, and the employees’ attitude toward us made us feel unwelcome.

I’m genuinely, genuinely, genuinely curious how this Tim Hortons is still in business.
The coffee somehow tastes like black water that briefly met a coffee bean.
Every time I stop by, the line is out the door, there’s only one employee trying to do the job of five, the drive-thru is complete chaos, and the whole place feels like it’s one minor inconvenience away from becoming a reality TV show.

Very dirty floors and tables are not cleaned much and some employees can never get a somple order right.

Tim Hortons provides excellent service with a smile, attentive to customers' needs. The restaurant has a nice parking lot and is kid-friendly, offering high chairs. Despite being busy, the staff works hard and remains pleasant. With a convenient mobile ordering system, customers can easily place orders and pick them up with ease.
