The food was excellent.Donburi rice was short grain perfectly cooked.Tonkotsu broth was nice and rich.Edamame was seasoned with coarse salt and sesame seeds and oil.Chared pork 10/10If ur picky about water it was a 10 (no chlorine, metal, or /fruit/ flavour)The food was copious very good for after ski meal.Knife and fork available upon request.Nice sake variety.(3 dishes, an appetizer, and a glass of sake (180ml) came out to around 100)Vegetarian options: They have a vegan broth...read full review

Must be my favorite dinner/lunch spot in Sutton. It's delicious, always hot and consistent. I have yet to try the poke bowl but the ramen is killer. I usually get the extra mushroom and egg to top it off. It's a very popular place so if you know you're going, send a txt and reserve. The service is friendly and they move quick.

One of the best Ramen places ever, freshly made, decent selection of options and amazing service, we will go again and highly recommend it. A bit small and probably nicer summer time with outside tables, worth it.
