Un délicieux repas à l'aveugle de 5 services composé de nos richesses du fleuve St-Laurent. Saveurs et textures dans un mariage parfait. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner pour essayer la version "terre". Le service est aussi haut de gamme que les plats. Mon gros coup de coeur à Tadoussac.
