I was quite disappointed when I arrived to a very small crowded room. The towels were just placed on a shelf because there was no where to hang it. The room looked like it was under repair. My cubbord could not be used because the fridge and microwave was there. The fridge did not work. They changed my towels like twice while I was there for 7 days. Great value, clean, well equipped and friendly staff. I stayed in a basic double room in the Passe Pierre annex and I have no complaints. You should test your rooms and your bedding which are really low quality, like your mattress protectors we are not in a CHSLD... One night = 7 days of back pain more chiropractor than room.
