The staff were so friendly and kind. Fast service despite it being very busy!During the lunch rush there weren't many tables free, and twice we were served our food without our drinks.Edited to add: they gave us 2 free drinks plus the ones they didn't give us originally. They were kind and funny and very helpful. 5 stars given!

We went around 5 a.m. today and he had a young lady who would know all the secrets of the earth because she said he no longer had a maple burger and the manager told her yes they still had some she was shock well stiff AYOYE never seen that the holidays very hard for her next time we will go our way happy new year plus we ask crispy rap puts us back ordinary with swearing like a construction guy wow quite a beautiful person she needs a vacation

It took over 35 minutes to get our order. Even then, they forgot our fries and we had to go back inside to get them. I had ordered a blueberry muffin and it was the worst muffin I have ever had in my life. It was so hard and dry. It tasted so stale you would have thought they made it three days ago and left it out in the open to dry out. Having only ordered this for myself (my other family members had ordered other things), I was left to eat it or stay with my hunger as I had no other stops for the rest of my drive. It literally gave me a stomach ache to eat it.

Half of the time it's missing something but they never forget to charge it.

I Ordered extra on everything and they charged me but didn’t put anything extra …I ordered extra onions and pickles we got 4 McDoubles and none had even 1 pickle on it, they didn’t give any sauce for the 2 kids meals even though when I ordered, it asked me to chose my sauce and I also paid for extra so I went to ask for some and the girl gave me 2 . I asked her for more because we ordered quite a bit of stuff that required sauces and the girl was rude and acted like she didn’t understand me saying can someone talk to her I don’t understand then walked away , yet I speak French as well ,the manager came and gave me more and fixed 1 out of 4 burgers I heard the girl being rude and complaining in French on the side about how I kept coming … Like girl if you don’t like your job then don’t work there,me and the kids were uncomfortable…. The coffee was terrible . The bathrooms are disgusting.,. There’s no wonder they are looking for people to work , I wouldn’t want to work in an environment like that either ., I’m extremely disappointed with my experience there , I’ve been in the car all day with 3 hungry and picky kids ., if you cannot add extra then don’t charge me for it and then act rude when I ask for my moneys worth..

We were traveling, it was our only option for food. We ordered after 800pm, it was busy with other travelers. Food wasn't very hot. I ordered poutine and the cheese wasn't melted.
