We were traveling, it was our only option for food. We ordered after 800pm, it was busy with other travelers. Food wasn't very hot. I ordered poutine and the cheese wasn't melted.
Kids working late night, barely able to understand English to communicate. Looked at me like I had three heads when I took my order back up, not once but three times, because they don't know what patties to use on a Grand Big Mac, or how many burgers should go in one, or that there should be a slice of cheese. Asked for a refund in the end, rather than keep the grease bath I was served the third time around and she didn't even know what I was saying to say yes or no. Top it off,...read full review

The staff were so friendly and kind. Fast service despite it being very busy!During the lunch rush there weren't many tables free, and twice we were served our food without our drinks.Edited to add: they gave us 2 free drinks plus the ones they didn't give us originally. They were kind and funny and very helpful. 5 stars given!
