Hello, following up on your response to my comment. Firstly I had no problem paying for the substitute. The waitress flat out told me that it wasn't happening and I never said that Laval didn't charge the same prices, it's definitely you who misinterpreted. We had a coffee each, me and my friend, and after we left because the waitress didn't want to do the substitute, I decided to go eat in Laval, who happily did the substitute and I paid for the extra. My complaint was about the attitude of your waitress. No charging prices. We never had a second cup of coffee because we decided to eat at another restaurant.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Am Déjeuner in Terrebonne. I go to Am Dejeuner in Laval at least once a week and always receive excellent service. However, the one in Terrebonne is easily the worst restaurant I have been to.
I went to lunch in Terrebonne because I wasn't going to Laval that day and wanted to eat a frying pan for breakfast. We had a coffee when the waitress asked us for our order. I asked if I could swap the peppers and put Mushroom in place even though he had extra. Because I have an intolerance to peppers and in a stupid tone the waitresses told me NO, they didn't exchange them with the meals. We decided to eat at Am Dejeuner in Laval after paying 4.50 plus tax for 1 cup of coffee. Clearly the service is not the same in all the Am Déjeuner and Clearly I will not set foot at the Am Déjeuner in Terrebonne to be received as less than nothing. The waitresses should realize that it is the customer who pays their salary and change their attitude or job.

Le déjeuner était très bien, mais le service non, après avoir payé, on laisse un pourboire de 20$, la serveuse fâché parce que ça ne représentait pas le 15% mais le 13% de la facture, pour un 2% elle nous regarder bizarrement, en plus elle nous a juste servie le déjeuner et emmener la facture, pas de réchaud, pas de; est-ce que tout est correct.

Je ne mange pas beaucoup le matin, Je prend donc une assiette à deux avec mon conjoint ont demande du syrop d’érable, c’est une extra, tout ce qu’on demande est un extra de plus moi et mon conjoint prennent une assiette énorme à partager à deux et ses ENCORE un extra! Je déconseille fortement serveuse arrogante et désagréable!! Plus jamais

We go to this place often and are usually satisfied. We went there on a Sunday afternoon. Very slow service to begin with. My partner ordered the Giant and received 1/4 waffles. We asked to exchange pancakes because nowhere in the menu description was it indicated 1/4 nor in the image. A lady told us that it was too late and that there was nothing she could do. Very disappointing...
