The service, quality, quantity at this branch are generally very good, however, if you order by TGTG, the portions are less attractive than other branches.
I have ordered several times from TGTG, here in St-Laurent and St-Léonard, it is by far nicer portions in other places.
Quantity and quality.
So their “remainders” are much less interesting.
I recommend, except by TGTG.

Excellent food and service compared to other locations, Atmosphere is great as-well. My all time favourite is their Meatshowel.

I'm comparing my experience, here, at the Lachenaie location, to the one I had several times at the Jean-Talon location.
First big difference, the quantity of food on the plates. At the Lachenaie location, there was less salad, less rice and less fries. The fried calamari had a weird taste. When I removed the crumbs from a few of the pieces, I could see freezer burns on them.
The service was so slow. At Jean-Talon, we always receive our meals quickly. At the Lachenaie location, we waited for more than 50 minutes for our food.
Next time, we'll go back to Jean-Talon.
UPDATE: If you think they really care when they write "Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us. We wanted to let you know how sorry we are about this situation. We make it a point to provide excellent customer service, and we would like to learn more about what specifically happened. You can email us at [email protected], and we will do our best to rectify the situation", then think again! They asked me to email them and I did. 14 days later, I'm still waiting for their reply!

I’ve been ordering from this Souvlaki Bar location since it opened in the area. I’ve seen through time portion sizes decrease. Very little salad given, not much rice or potatoes either.
Everything was fresh and delicious! Delphine was very attentive and lovely and made some great suggestions. My only suggestion is to make the doors automated for wheelchair access. I had 2 seniors who required entry by wheelchair and it was somewhat challenging to get in and out.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors not automated

Good evening, Sunday December 15th we ordered to bring chicken gyro pita meals and they were cold and my husband found a hair in his pita so we were very disappointed. We regularly go looking for some.

I have visited this Souvlaki Bar several times now and each time it is an excellent experience. Special mention to the waitress Liana for her exemplary service and her smile.☺️ And as usual, the drinks and food are always up to par! 👌👌😁
