From the classics like oat and soy to specialities like coconut and pistachio!
Also the banana break was really nice

Le lieu est charmant et l'accueil aussi ! Ce n’est plus exclusivement vegan mais il y a du choix !
Nous avons pris un Burger et une salade avec du seitan pané. C'était vraiment délicieux ! Mention pour le seitan pané et la petite sauce sucrée salée !
Les personnes au service sont adorables !
Il y a plein de cookies veganes !!

Café Frida, located in a lively town between Montréal and Quebec City, offers a peaceful escape from the busy city. The café serves a variety of dishes, including the faux chicken Buffalo, which is "pretty good" with a flavorful sauce. The vegetarian menus are very good, although there are few choices, they are all homemade. The café also offers a range of drinks, such as matcha latte, along with excellent homemade pastries and ginger cookies. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, making it a nice place to spend time. Despite some wait times, guests are encouraged to relax and chat with the friendly, knowledgeable staff, who are always ready to share nice places to visit in the Quebec region. The service is acceptable, and paid parking is available just a few steps away. Many visitors find it to have a great feel about it, with some enjoying the river view and the cozy environment. Children especially like the toy animals and figurines used as place markers. Some dishes like crêpes au caramel de poire and tofu with vermicelles are enjoyed, though a few find the vermicelles lacked sauce. Overall, it remains a popular spot that many would return to when in the area.
