Très bon restaurant! Surtout avec un bon choco-kogo!

I couldn't wait to try this restaurant. Having tried other restaurants of this style in other cities. However, the standard of this restaurant is not what I expected. Several items missing from the menu, dining room and bathroom appear clean but are not really. Bathroom floor is scrubbing, toilet rings, urine smell and the dining room gives the impression of a cafeteria without personality. I had the impression that the restaurant is left to its own devices and that only the minimum is done. I wish you the best, but for my part I will not come back.

I was expecting a wow effect and I came away a little disappointed with my experience. Several items missing for the more "market" side and the employee didn't really greet us... It took a while before we took our order, the employee was bored and bored of serving us and we waited long time to get our food and I had to report one item out of four missing.

I felt we were disturbing. And as many say, cleanliness and sanitation are criteria to be reviewed. The employee actually had dirty hands, did not wash them between handling (cash/food) and we had a greasy alarm.

The place remains pretty, the decoration is in good taste. The food was okay too. I believe that this place still has potential to improve by having employees who are more rigorous about cleanliness and have customer service more at heart. Bad days happen to everyone... But I don't seem to be the only one to have had a similar experience...

They say in response to other comments regarding the sticky floor that the problem has been resolved for 2 weeks, this is not true, I went yesterday and the floor was very very sticky, everything is dirty, the chairs, the tables, the menus, I didn't dare to sit down or go see the bathroom. The 2 employees present were very stupid, no smile, no hello. We had the chicken, ordinary nothing more, and a fries which they filled a quarter of the container so we had 7 fries for $4.99. So $35 for 6 pieces of chicken and 7 fries is very expensive. Very disappointing, I do not recommend at all.

J'y suis allé dimanche soir...les murs sont très sale , crayons, ketchup, sauce de tout genre...nous avons également dû manger à des tables non nettoyés....Les chaises vertes sont aussi taché de je ne sais quoi, ça partirait surement avec un affaceur magique...J y etais allé à l ouverture, si beau et neuf ....c'était ma dernière fois...

J’ai passé lundi vers 17h00. L’employé était bête, il ne se lavait pas les mains entre les manipulations bouffe/caisse. La musique était tellement forte également. Le plancher collait comme dans un bar à 3h du matin et les surfaces en général étaient graisseuses. J’y suis il y a quelques mois et la dégradation des lieux est flagrante. Le Kogo était très bon au moins.

We went on a Monday evening so no lines or waiting. The store floor was sticky. Menus and door handles too. I ordered a chicken nugget kogo and the employee was sticking the nuggets in with his hands without gloves. He had just handled the cash register and served us and did not wash his hands. He also lacked courtesy. I strongly doubt the healthiness of this restaurant...

I left without ordering. The restaurant was very very dirty during my visit. Upon arrival the doors had a lot of hand marks, then upon walking the floor was dirty to the point where my shoes were sticking. Looking at the menus, the base of the order terminal and everything else I went back. It wasn't normal dirt, it was accumulated. I'm disappointed because the menu really interested me
