I have been a customer for 10 years, the food is great but this evening, 1h30 wait for delivery of a poutine... very disappointed. I don't think I'll come again

After a $30 purchase for a chicken breast and a thigh, we were very disappointed because the fries tasted like old oil and for the thigh, the meat was hard, overcooked and the breast was very small.

Too bad everything has to change. Regular customers for over 13 years and tonight is the last time. The staff has changed, they take orders badly, they make mistakes and when you go back because it's not the right thing and they let you wait 15 minutes before telling you that they refuse to give you the right meal again. This is unacceptable

We had an incredible experience with the Rotisserie du Cap, so we wanted to repeat the experience at the one on Boulevard Parent. Error!
Service: no way to have a smile, the employees seemed to not care about our presence. Very long service for the order we placed, which did not require much preparation.
Cuisine: The parmesan fondues are excellent at the Cape Town one! We ordered some from the one on Parent, not edible! We threw them away. The spaghetti tasted like nothing at all. For $30, it was damn disappointing.
Atmosphere: the restaurant was dirty, full of plates used at several tables. The girl at the cash register rushed to leave (finish her shift) after the couple behind us, leaving the entire dining room in this state..
Really disappointing. If you want to eat royal rotisserie, go to the Cape, it will be worth a lot more!

Cette pizzeria est à côté de chez moi… l’autre jour, lors d’une marche, j’ai vu un employé se moucher AVEC SES MAINS! Avec ses mains littéralement… C’est tellement degeulasse, en espérant qu’il se soit laver les mains, mais il est rentré dans l’auto de livraison directement après… mettons que ça me tentais pas trop de recommander de cette place après avoir vu ça.

But this evening the pizza was in tomato sauce, not very good... Check your pizza before leaving with it.
