It’s your choice to stay when there are a lot of people waiting for their drinks, and you don’t know the challenges of management. There are many places where staff shortages are felt. In addition, the baristas do their best to provide you with good service: be respectful and understanding. They are just doing their job. You are not always right. If you don't like that additional fees are applied differently compared to other Starbucks, know that all Starbucks in Trois-Rivières are franchises, and they have the right to change certain things.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Traveling thus brought a Starbucks mug with Quebec themed. Notice that the mug has a huge crack on the side on the first use. The store staff refused for the return request saying that it had been used when I tried to return it the next, totally ignoring the fact that the mug is broken and has a huge crack on the side. This is the most ridiculous response, and the worst customer experience.
