Starbucks Coffee Company

I went to Starbucks with my small dog to buy a coffee. My dog was inside my bag the entire time, with only his head visible. He was quiet, well-behaved, and was not making any noise or disturbing anyone.

I waited in line for several minutes, but when it was finally my turn to order, the employee told me that dogs are not allowed inside the store. My question is: why wasn’t I informed of this when I first entered and joined the line? It would have saved both my time and the staff’s time.

What makes even less sense is that I was told I could place my order online instead. If dogs are not allowed in the store, how am I supposed to come inside and pick up my online order?

I found this situation extremely unprofessional and poorly handled. If there is a policy regarding pets, it should be communicated clearly and consistently. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Starbucks location.

Stopped in here on a Sunday morning while exploring Trois-Rivieres for the first time, driving up from Ontario for a long weekend. The place was busy but the line moved fast and the barista who took my order was genuinely friendly and patient while I fumbled through my French. I grabbed a window seat and ended up staying way longer than planned, just watching the morning crowd come and go, which was a nice way to ease into the day. Honestly a solid spot if you need a familiar coffee fix while traveling somewhere new.

they made me the wrong drink i ordered, moreover they refused to fix it they said trois rivieres will not be like other places like toronto, quebec or montreal. i am really not satisfied with the way the staff treated me here even though i am a regular starbucks customer. a bad experience

Short blonde girl with glasses and grey headband was slow did not make efforts to serve customers efficiently and then proceeded to make comments about us being English and talk badly about me and my children. I asked for a refund on my tip.

On top of this my daughter mentioned that her dragon fruit refresher drink was not too good and lacked flavors and watered down which seems to be common here. This was especially disappointing as the drink was meant to cheer her up.

Message from a former barista for certain customers: if you have never worked in customer service, avoid complaining about the waiting time. It’s your choice to stay when there are a lot of people waiting for their drinks, and you don’t know the challenges of management. There are many places where staff shortages are felt. In addition, the baristas do their best to provide you with good service: be respectful and understanding. They are just doing their job. You are not always right. If you don't like that additional fees are applied differently compared to other Starbucks, know that all Starbucks in Trois-Rivières are franchises, and they have the right to change certain things.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Traveling thus brought a Starbucks mug with Quebec themed. Notice that the mug has a huge crack on the side on the first use. The store staff refused for the return request saying that it had been used when I tried to return it the next, totally ignoring the fact that the mug is broken and has a huge crack on the side. This is the most ridiculous response, and the worst customer experience.

Really coffees way too expensive so that then 3/4 is filled with ice plus the almost obligatory tip while they are paid 16.97 per hour really a company that just wants to empty your wallet for coffees that aren't even worth it the pain
