Very disappointed with the online order experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered my coffee online to save time, but when I arrived I still had to wait in line just to tell the staff that I was there to pick up my order.
The whole point of online ordering is to avoid standing in line and wasting time. If customers still need to wait in the regular line to announce their pickup, then the online ordering system makes no sense. This process should be improved.
