I go to this Tim Hortons almost every morning at the drive-thru when I work. Not so bad after all. Staff was nice but somme employees weren’t working as fast as I thought they would, especially when there is a rush of people in the restaurant. The male cashier that served me was very sweet and made my iced cappuccino pretty fast, however.

I generally disagree with restaurant chains, but he is a cut above the others. Already the decoration has a little more. In addition, for once, my food was hot and tasty. The manager (or owner) was on site and helped with the service and we could see that she cared about her customers and her employees. I hadn't used to go to tim, but for him, I'll make an exception!
