I travel several kilometers to go to the Tim Hortons in Val D'avis, the team is really on point.
Well done don't give up.

1st visit this morning on 11-21-2024 7:42 am, I specify so that the Manager is located!
In customer service, the customer on site takes priority, such that the customer on the phone will have to wait for the customer on site with priority. If you need lunch before work, even with considerable time to wait, avoid the one in Val-David. He prioritizes customers at the drive-thru. The employee on site even confirmed it to me. The food preparation lady is SUPER efficient. I find this deplorable service. They must have easily prepared 10 orders before making one for the interior. A good smooth ride should alternate with internal and external controls.

Noémi at the drive-thru ordering was a great help, I unfortunately broke down in front of the ordering terminal, she helped me move my car and even brought me my coffee that I had left it all inside with a beautiful smile! Thanks again!

Beautiful regional Tim Hortons. We enjoyed our meals and coffees on the terrace outside. !

The worst Tim Hortons of all Tim Hortons, 35 minutes in the drive-thru for a coffee. Arrives at the window, 8 minutes before coming to see me. They laugh, they go around in circles, they chatter as if there was nothing to do. Go to Ste Adele and come back to us would have been quicker. A real farce. 0 discipline on the weekend. I understand that it's not always easy to find staff, especially on weekends, but there is a limit to being incompetent too.

Lack of organization on this Saturday morning, requested a refund because it took too long, the bins were overflowing.

Very long and slow service. I asked for 2 Chicken habanero wrap and they gave me 2 burrito wrap and then told me that they didn't have habanero chicken anymore. Their potatoe fries were not fresh and well cooked. This Tim Horton is a total mess. I highly don't recommend!

I had a coffee with a plant-based milk with almonds. Knowing that the Silk brand in Canada had a big problem, I still asked the waiter what vegetable milk was used and it was the Silk brand. The person was not even aware that there are serious Listeria problems with these plant-based milks in Quebec. I would like to have feedback from the manager to know if the Silk batches used are safe. Please answer me

Vegetarian options: I just said that there are plant milks unfortunately Tim Hortons uses the Silk brand which has batches contaminated with listeria. I dare to hope that those used are healthy
