Have eaten at many BR's and this was by far, the best one Ive ever been to - we had the chicken and rib combo as well as a full rack of ribs and the food was fresh, hot and service was excellent. From the very start we ran into a manager that seated us and then out waitress was equally attentive and they entire staff showed that they cared for their customers so a really big well done to this location - we've decided when we want good ribs and chicken that this will be the only location we will visit as we were so satisfied with the service and food - well done to you folks over at BR Vaudreuil and thank you for a lovely dining experience.

Good food but beware of the bill at the end. Once we gave our menu the waitress continuously suggested things without giving us pricing. Some we took, some we didnt. Felt pushy very pushy towards the end, we even said no deserts and she stood there like we would change our minds lol, moment of awkwardness.

Either its for tips or mandated by the owners. Whatever the case, 15 $ for mushroom and onions is not warranted .

I filled a survey I received by phone, gave my opinion which was followed a text message by manager or boss named Billy, who offered to contact him in order to rectify the situation, only to be ghosted by the restaurant. Whoever answered said he would get back to me, never did over 2 weeks now.

In retrospect, really unprofessional to show a willingness to help then not follow through. He must be the guy training his waiters to gouge the customers.

This is the best place I’ve gone to in a while , the atmosphere was amazing perfect lighting for anytime of day and a very romantic and classy type vibe for a beautiful evening . Our waiter was a younge beautiful lady who was so kind and super funny she always had a smile and noticed all of the other waiters looked like they were so nice to ! The food was the best part I ate the braised beef and it was cooked to perfection melted in my mouth and the rest of my family agree 100%

We have been here 3 times in the last month and twice my wife and I ordered the summer mixed griledl meat tower for two. We find it to be a fantastic deal at 99$ and you get so much variety in this tower and it is enough for two people to share. I however recommend ordering this when the restaurant is not busy because twice we had it when the dining room was not busy and everything was perfectly cooked. One time we ordered it on a weekend when it was busy and the shrimps were overcooked and the bavette was a little burned. During another time we came in for a late Friday lunch we had a pasta dish and the chicken tenders salad. They were not good and the chicken tenders were too hard to bite into. Service is however always good at this restaurant.

Baton has become a staple for dining out with the family, for anniversaries, and for graduations.

Feedback from both of my kids: Please bring back the Mac and Cheese, they miss it, and it was a pleaser for picky eaters/autistics.

So what can I start saying; this is the HIGH CLASSY standard that everyone is seeking.

I usually order rib steak, with some mushroom sauté, French fries, and finish at the end with some crème brûle and don’t forget the famous espresso.

The presentation of the food was great; the cooking of the meal, the tenderness of the meat, the marination and how it’s cooked everytime I get it served. It NEVER fails. The meal is always served hot and fresh; all the details is well thought of.

Now let’s talk about the crème brûle and the espresso; the texture, the golden color, and the taste is something else compared to many places I have been too.

The professionalism of the staff members and the owners is very evident and transparent. Everyone greets you there with a huge welcoming smile and they leave you a significant impression to come back. HIGHLY recommended for anyone seeking high quality service and attention to details.

Every year for my birthday I go to the Vaudreuil Baton Rouge. I always have the Prime Rib, which is my favorite. Yesterday was my birthday and again off to BR we went.
The service was very good. The starter Caesar Salad was also good. I wish I could say the same for the Prime Rib that I ordered. I was so looking forward to it. What a major disappointment. It was mostly fat and gristle. The cheapest steak at Costco would have been better. This piece of meat should never have left the kitchen let alone be served to a customer. At $47 it should have looked like what is advertised on BR website. Mine didn't look anything remotely like that.
I guess it is time to find a new restaurant that serves Prime Rib or just make it myself.

Excellent service, food is delicious and well presented.

The drinks were good, kudoos to the bar. The service was quick, the waitress was efficient, but all of our food arrived cold ... ?! And my friend's burger had the end piece of the tomato in it lol. Like, comon.
