Yummy food and friendly staff! It's a block away from my house so I guess I'm getting fat soon.
Since moving into the area in may ive been here a couple of times as i knew PM has a good reputation generally. The store is clean and staff are friendly. The food( sandwiches etc) are really overpriced i feel. I just had a chicken guacamole sandwich amd an earl grey tea which cost me over $20 with a tip. The sandwich although tasty was small and not very well presented tbh. I sat outside (even though its on a very busy part of the 20!) And all tables were dirty and dusty...im...read full review

Boulangerie Première Moisson is a charming French bakery that offers a wide selection of delicious bread, cakes, and pastries. The bread is described as "very good" by customers, and the cakes are also highly praised. However, some customers have noted that prices have increased and portions have decreased. Despite these changes, the bakery remains a popular destination for fresh, homemade treats.
The bakery is known for its "Pain de champagne" loaf, which is considered the ultimate loaf by customers. However, the bakery is often understaffed during peak hours, with only one or two employees running the bread station, leading to significant wait times.
The service at the bakery is generally good, with the staff being described as "very nice" and going the extra distance to answer customers' questions. However, the lack of a "take a number" system has led to some customers becoming "over aggressive" in claiming their place in line.
Customers have also noted that the bakery can be very busy, with not enough staff to handle the demand. Some have reported being served small, overcooked pastries, although the bread and specialty loaves, such as the jalapeño/chive loaf, are still excellent.
Overall, Boulangerie Première Moisson is an excellent quality bakery with a great variety of sweet and savory items, and a cozy seating area. While the service can be confusing at times, the bakery remains a popular destination for fresh, homemade treats.
