Nicely decorated restaurant. The food was not bad but not good either. To much herbs, to much BBQ sauce etc. And some of us complained that their meal didn't taste much. The service was with a smile but took so long and she never came to asked if we wanted a second drink, water or more salsa, tortillas while we waited. It also took an hour to be served after ordering. I don't know if it's usually like that, cause it's my first time, but sadly I don't want to go back there. We were a group of 13 people for a birthday and we were all very deceived.

I ordered food for my kids and the waiter came pretty quick but after that we couldn't even get water. My son asked the waiter for water and she said that she didn't want to go into the kitchen to get it and she said she didn't have the time. The overall food was okay but I wanted takeout for my youngest and she confused the order. We ended the dinner by getting the check and the waiter looked like she was expecting a tip. We left and we see a CHEF SMOKING right outside. How do I know he wasn't doing it in the kitchen.

Honestly,we loved this place from beginning but the quality of food is gone down significantly. We tried few times but I highly doubt will come back again.Again its not about price but food quality 😥

i’m giving carlos & pepe's one star, not because of the food, the service, or the atmosphere. all of those were actually really good, but because of the huge disappointment i felt when i saw that their menus are covered in ai-generated 'art' slop. it’s so obvious from the lifeless expressions and strange details in the images that they were made by a machine rather than a human artist. i can’t help but feel like this is a missed opportunity to showcase the incredible talent we have in our communities here in quebec, both young and old, who could have created vibrant, meaningful, and authentic artwork. by choosing cheap and soulless ai images, the restaurant disrespects the creativity and passion of real artists. i expected better from a place that clearly cares about food, service, and ambiance. it’s truly disappointing to see such a good restaurant fall short in this important area of creativity and cultural expression. i hope they reconsider and choose to support real artists in the future.

Food is always good. Worth what you pay for. But the service is always great. And if you get a chance to be served by Sydney - jackpot! She is attentionate, quick and understanding!

Fun atmosphere with garbage food , horrible drinks and terrible service . All the steak dishes are tough and tasteless . The drinks were so watered down you wouldn’t know there was alcohol in them . Our waitress came by 1 time in 45 minutes . Overall waste of money .

i am so pissed, i tried to call 26 times. WHILE THEY WHERE OPEN NO ANSWER. it felt like racism i have never been treated this poorly by my people as latina as i expected more. do better stop IGNORING CALLS. do your job
