Good service!!

If I could rate this place a zero I would.
My friend got the nachos and they were cold, soggy and had almost no toppings.
I got the quesadillas which was half the size of my hand and it said it came with roasted vegetables and the only thing inside was cheese and chicken. Our water never got refilled, and no one asked how the food was. Would not Recommend!

Disappointing food and service… waited approx an hour for our food and initially got the wrong order. I would have started eating if we had utensils. The 3 flags enchilada wasn’t bad but the spinach one was mushy and tasteless. The burrito was large and flavourful but did not come with enough sour cream/salsa toppings. The margaritas were very tasty albeit pricey (like many places these days). We also received the wrong dessert order and had a hard time to get the waitress’s attention. Needless to say we ate it but that’s not what we ordered. The waitress removed it from the bill which was very much appreciated.

We went for lunch October 28th and when we arrived, there was only two other tables. Quickly after we arrived, the restaurant filled up! The waitress was alone! Even then, she never stop smiling and she gave us an excellent service!

Worst service ever. There is maybe 3 people in the restaurant. Took the waitress over 20 minutes to greet us. An hour just to get our food. There should be no reason it takes this long

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Mexican meals I’ve had in a while. We used to love the downtown location, so we came in with high hopes, but this visit was really disappointing.

The food just wasn’t good, the service was below average, and the ambiance was completely dead. Definitely not the same experience we remembered from before.

Nicely decorated restaurant. The food was not bad but not good either. To much herbs, to much BBQ sauce etc. And some of us complained that their meal didn't taste much. The service was with a smile but took so long and she never came to asked if we wanted a second drink, water or more salsa, tortillas while we waited. It also took an hour to be served after ordering. I don't know if it's usually like that, cause it's my first time, but sadly I don't want to go back there. We were a group of 13 people for a birthday and we were all very deceived.

I ordered food for my kids and the waiter came pretty quick but after that we couldn't even get water. My son asked the waiter for water and she said that she didn't want to go into the kitchen to get it and she said she didn't have the time. The overall food was okay but I wanted takeout for my youngest and she confused the order. We ended the dinner by getting the check and the waiter looked like she was expecting a tip. We left and we see a CHEF SMOKING right outside. How do I know he wasn't doing it in the kitchen.

Honestly,we loved this place from beginning but the quality of food is gone down significantly. We tried few times but I highly doubt will come back again.Again its not about price but food quality 😥
