i went there to order these, waited for 45 minutes, there are no seats for waiting. i ordered 2 bao buns and i got 1. I was not charged for 2 bao buns, but after waiting for too long i expected my order would be right. waitress asked if i want to order another one, but i refused cuz i don’t want to wait longer. waiters were nice and patient. poutine was 15$, too expensive for small portion was packed in the box like the picture. bao buns are dry as u can see in the picture and missing ingredients if u compare to the one on the website. batter of the hotdogs was raw. the only thing i enjoyed is the hotdog that was not made in the kitchen, its juicy and tasty. i think anyone would be disappointed in my situation . i paid 51.74$ for all of these plus 15% tip. i understand that the kitchen was busy because of the restaurant Pacini, thats why i didn’t complain for the long wait but the food has to be right and good. i wouldn’t recommend this place. this one is the vaudreuil location. also fyi, this place doesn’t have a place to dine in the winter, im not sure in the summer. i could’ve went back to return my order, but i didn’t, after a long day at work and waiting for food for that long. i took one bite of everything, finished one hotdog that’s it.

This was the worst experience. The restaurant is inside Pacini. It’s not it’s own place. I ordered a pulled pork burger. 30$ for 2 burgers that were minuscule. Advertised there was supposed to be some salad inside, some greens. I received meat on bread. That’s it! The people at the front were not helpful, ignored my questions. I waited 30 minutes standing for the food for it to not be what I asked for. Do not order from them

Avoid at all cost . Arrived at 6:30-- food did not arrive till 8pm. Food was mediocre at Best. Lasagna was cold, waitress forgot one order..it's 9:20 now, and still have not received our dessert..1 star for food...if I could give 0 stars, I would for service....The novelty of Toasting your own bread is at a high cost, for your money and time.

We got delivery twice for fried deserts. The deserts themselves are delicious, but the first time the strawberry sauce smelled like vinegar! The second time they put teriyaki sauce inside chocolate container! I don’t think I will order again which is sad. Also, the sauce containers they put on the side are tiny and barely filled, nothing like on their website.
