I like the Social, the food is good, the cocktails are creative and delicious, service is friendly and pretty reliable. The ambience and layout is nice too.
I’d like to make it my regular hang out place, but my issue is the music is just a tad too loud. I can’t actually socialize with my friends, unless we’re leaning in and yelling, and it’s just exhausting. I’d understand if it was after 10pm and a dance night, but it’s like that through dinner time as well…

The 👏🏼 Mac 👏🏼 And 👏🏼 Cheese 👏🏼 Rib 👏🏼 Special 👏🏼 was absolutely delicious. The beer was also great. Our server left mid way and we were waiting for quite a while for someone to take over. Otherwise, the service was good. The homeless man puking on the corner of the bar kind of killed the vibe on the terrace though.

I used the bar as the set for a short film I was producing, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly polite, understanding, and accommodating throughout the process. I had visited the bar before filming and I can say the food was also great.

My boyfriend was strangled and hit by one of the bouncers this evening (he was not violent or disrespectful towards the bouncer). Subsequently, one of my friends went to see the same bouncer (the one with glasses) to understand what happened and the bouncer just pushed her (yes, his response was to push a girl instead of communicating the situation). This man has a huge powertrip and deserves to be fired because I think this reaction breaks the code of ethics that a bouncer should have. While I was a loyal customer, I will never return to that bar where the ego of a person in a position of authority takes precedence over respect for another human being.
