Very disappointed! Yesterday we had a pitcher of Panaché filled with ice for $28 without tax.
We came this summer and the pitcher was much bigger. At this price and for the quantity we would have preferred to take 2 pints of beer.

We stopped in the afternoon with our 7 year old son. We were able to snack on a salty bagel, chips and almonds. The +: gluten-free beers! A nice place with a top team!

An excellent place with a superb terrace at the back, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere. We took advantage of the beers on promotion, a choice which proved very interesting. The prices were very reasonable, and the paninis were delicious. The only downside is that they come with chips rather than fries. That said, the overall experience, ambiance and fast, efficient service more than made up for it. We will come back without hesitation. THANKS !

It’s 7:40 pm on July 8, way past my kids bedtime and I’m writing this review from the Slice and Soda down the street so my kids can actually get some food tonight. We placed our order including a pretzel for the kids. Waited and only the adult food and drinks came, and our waiter just never came back. Waited and waited. Husband had to go chase after him inside and the guy was fixing something for some event and ignored him. Husband came back out. Waiter finally came back and we learned that the pretzel order was never put in. And now except for scraps from our now-gone dinners and assurances “your pretzel should be coming any minute” they have eaten nothing. All we get is some quick lame apology about being busy inside. And nothing on the bill even comped. We are furious. It’s the kid in the maroon shirt with brown hair who looks like Gabe from the office. To have to tell your kids sorry, actually there’s no food for you and we have to leave, after they waited so long.

Kid-friendliness: There are no high chairs and no kids menu. And if you read my review, in fact there was no food at all and we had to leave!

First time trying Benelux and the place has a great vibe and a beautiful terrasse/garden in the back. The beer is reasonably priced, though the downside is they don’t have pitchers. The bartender, Gabrielle, was very charming and courteous, though service was a little slow, understandably since the place was very busy. Will definitely be returning.
