I always loved this place, the service is super nice, coffee is great, cats are well… cats :) <3. But so often when I come here it’s very dirty. I do understand that it’s harder to maintain clean place with so many cats (and I don’t even expect that much), but it looks like they don’t even do basic vacuuming of the floors :( . The places to sit on have lots of dirt on them as well. I wish they would invest in even simple handheld vacuum that is on the quiet side and clean the places to sit on at least once during the day

Very cute! The cats are all adoptable and come from shelters. It is obvious the owners take good care of them as they are socialized and lovely. The cafe experience is good too.

Decor isnt the cutest but the kitties make up for it !!! sandwich and matcha were good too, the cats are also up for adoption for anyone looking to get a loving furball !!

I love going to Chato cafe, I even adopted 2 cats there in the last 5 years. I like the menu, the food is good and not too expensive. Cats vary from visit to visit. Sometimes they are hidden, sometimes they are very numerous and all out. It really depends from one day to the next and that's normal! All cats are different.
The only problem, in my opinion, is that there are often noisy children on the weekends. I find that there are a lot of parents who don't pay attention and don't show their children how to interact with animals. So I avoid going there on weekends, unfortunately.
