The service as much as the food is number 1 here! I've been going to Fréjus for years and I love it. I particularly appreciate the always smiling waiters and waitresses, the local art displayed on the walls as well as the Fréjus crepe (my great classic) and the cocoa crepe with mascarpone and orange coulis!
Update 2024: I miss the old Fréjus! It's no longer a café for me, it's impossible to buy lunch/brunch during the week. Meals for lunch and dinner only. Disappointing, I preferred the old formula, because there were lunches but lunches too!
What a wonderful little neighborhood cafe. The people are so kind and human. Delicious food, with several summer choices. Small, comfortable terrace. The prices are really very reasonable and it's very affordable. If I stayed in Verdun I would go regularly. What hospitality! We feel at home. Thank you for the welcoming. I had a difficult day emotionally and I came out with a huge smile. I recommend++++++. ????

I've been going to this little restaurant since 2018, I'm never disappointed, I've brought lots of friends. The dishes are delicious, the price is reasonable and it is well located.

Food, service and drinks are super good! Plus....closes late!!!!! Can you imagine, a nice Cafe in mtl closing late:). Love it.

What a nice neighbourhood place. The food is great, the service both prompt and super friendly. It might be a bit further away from the big lineups for brunch on Wellington, but the food is on par with or better than all of those places. It has a nice terrasse up front, with lots of shade and greenery. I like going to places that are kid friendly, because I think it contributes to an overall positive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Notably the bathroom even has a little step up for kids to use to wash their hands. While I was there, the server was nothing but nice to the wiggly little cyclist in the pink helmet who needed to make a pit stop while tandem biking with dad.
Vegetarian options: Some brunch options didn’t have meat
Kid-friendliness: I didn’t see a kids menu, but the servers are nice and could help out. The bathrooms are very kid friendly.

Despite the increases in the pandemic. This café has remained humble and accessible. The service is still good. We are guaranteed to have the same experience each time we visit. Special mention for their French toast and pulled pork. Not to mention the hashbrowns which are homemade. It is sometimes difficult to find a place on Sunday for brunch with two families. But know that the manager will always be accommodating in finding space.
