I had a chance to spend a around a couple of hours in Café Welina working on my laptop. The setting was very cozy and the Latte was pretty strong (as I like it). The price was surprisingly pretty fair. I was expecting a downtown prices. The place is pretty quiet with free Wi-Fi, so you can concentrate on what you are doing. Next time, I should try some of the pastries. I recommend.

I work near here and I come here to grab my coffee every day not because of the coffee but because the owner( the lady who only speaks French) is really nice and knows me as I can only speak English but She knows my order that means a lot to me
It’s more of a 4.5 but still a great place to relax and have a good time with nice coffee and some food. We went for a Cortado, cold brew, grill cheese maple butter sandwich and a blueberry scone. Loved all of them. Definitely try the sandwich. Service is where perhaps they can improve as the lady completely forgot our cold brew. Had to remind her after waiting for a while. Plenty of parking outside as it’s a shared parking lot. Definitely recommended.
