My go to for chinese american food. I absolutely LOVE their salt and pepper shrimp. Zero complaints about this place. If you want chinese food and you live in the Sud-ouest, this is the place to call. Their chow-mein is lovely too. Those two dishes are what I get for my birthday.

I ordered orange beef and was served orange chicken and went back only for the lady to insist it is beef. (Beef has a difference in texture and taste, i know my beef and I know my chicken. Especially from chef Tang since I have been having it for years now)Made my day so much worse. Would recommend to try other locations.

I love Chef Tang restaurant ! I ordered by Uber Eats for delivery.The restaurant followed all my requests.They even checked off the items,to ensure that I received everything I ordered. All the food was excellent ! I really enjoyed their General Tao chicken, sesame beef and especially their noodle dishes,such as Cantonese Chow mein ,and Rice noodles. I can honestly say that the food was the best Chinese food,I have ever tasted. Even though I ordered later in the evening ,and I live a distance from the restaurant, I received the order promptlyand the food was hot and fresh !Again,I am so pleased that they read and followed my requests to a tee . An added plus is that some of the food was two for one,like their delicious chicken wings! Thank you Chez Tang-a repeated customer definitely!!
I ordered the "sesame beef", I receive something that appears to be general tao chicken, I can't even identify the meat inside.
I call them and they tell me it's the same sauce as for general tao chicken. So why not call it the general tao beef? It's not by adding a dozen sesame seeds that General Tao is transformed.
Well at least I like general tao chicken... normally... because what I just tasted, the flavors, the textures even the rice is absolutely disgusting! All soggy, no meat in the breading, sauce too sweet, rice without flavor, it's seriously not edible.
Not used to leaving reviews like this but I lack words to describe how bad it was from A to Z including customer service.
Don't order there, you will be disappointed!
