We absolutely love Bouboule in Verdun! The ice cream is amazing—delicious, creamy, and always hits the spot. The service is great too, with friendly staff who keep things running smoothly even when it’s busy (which is often!). We’ve made it a nightly ritual to stop by for a little treat, and it always makes our evening.
The only downside is the price—4 ice creams with tip coming to $30 feels a bit steep. But overall, it’s worth it for the quality and experience. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

The reception of the young girl was detestable today, Saturday August 17 at 10:05 p.m. She gave me my ice cream in the wrong cone, saying that I hadn't given her any details, which is false, but even so I apologized. She was aggressive and hateful, she didn't even bother to change the cone and put the wrong cone in another waffle cone. I couldn't enjoy my ice cream. I wanted to ask for a teaspoon but she yelled at me. A shame. Too bad it’s an establishment I used to go to

La jeune femme qui nous a accueillis, l'a fait avec un merveilleux sourire, nous a conseillé à la perfection, malgrés une file d'attente assez conséquente. Je recommande !
