What a wonderful cozy intimate and gorgeous brunch cafe in Verdun! Our friends group decided to meet there and we were super impressed with the cozy decor of the cafe ❤️❤️ I had the Toast Avocat while my friends had Chic Croissant and Champi along with coffee and let me tell you - from the way the food was presented to the taste everything was just perfect 😇😇 So so delicious and our full compliments to the chef 🙏🙏 The staff is also very gracious, welcoming, and always ready to answer any questions ! We would like to give a shout out to Janique as she was very attentive and always on her feet 🙏🙏 At some point we were also given fruit punch/ fruit shots made of ginger, beet, orange and it was very very good 😇😇 However, anyone who comes here must must try their Carrot Cake! We got ours to go as we were running out of time but we definitely opened the box and once I actually ate it at home, each bite was a gourmet’s delight ❤️❤️ A heavenly bliss !! Looking forward to trying the other items on the menu 🎉🎉Cannot recommend this 11/10 brunch cafe enough to anyone who wants to relax with family and friends and get the best service and food at the venue 😇😇

We split the fried chicken sandwich - and it was insane. The bacon jam was sensational.
We had the 'Sucre Salé' French toast, and this was the only sore spot. The french toast was extremely thick and they did not soak the bread long enough so the inside was extremely dry, and the egg was overcooked. While the 'cream fudge' was delicious, it needed some syrup for the moisture. If you order the second slice of french toast, they don't add it to the presentation, they just throw it on top.
Would certainly go back, but at least we know what to stay away from!

However, the waiting time was a bit unreasonable, and we ended up sitting at the bar since it was cold to stay outside too long (not very ideal for winter visits!).

Hands down the best brunch i’ve ever had in MTL. Not cheap but worth it - the beverages are fantastic, and the œuf et bœuf is simply phenomenal. The latkes and pulled ham are also wonderful. Glad to have such a high quality establishment on Wellington.

Food is good but not wow. Service was nice and quick. French toast tasted more like banana bread. Good but was surprised by this mushy texture. Herbs and pickles that came with the latkes were really good and balanced out the saltiness of the salmon and latkes. Come early to avoid queues.
I’ve been coming to this spot for weeks, and it never misses! That carrot and ginger shot hits just right, and with the carrot cake. So good.
