We went to this restaurant on a weekday night, it was not crowded, we dined in a comfortable ambience. The waiter was very attentive, he explained every dish to us in detail. The food was very delicious except the meat dishes did not meet our expectation but they were still well prepared. I recommend this restaurant.

Un peu trop cher pour ce qu'il y avait dans nos assiettes malgré la qualité de la nourriture. Et on se sentait poussés à payer et partir parce que, malgré l'attente du début, notre 2 hrs était terminé et des gens attendaient dans le portique. Le Tapeo offre une aussi bonne ambiance, des prix plus raisonnables compte tenu de la qualité et de la quantité.

J'aimerais particulièrement souligner la qualité de l'accueil du serveur (j'ignore son nom, accent de France)! Malgré une soirée incroyablement occupée (St-Valentin) il s'est donné la peine de nous renseigner, et nous conseiller avec brio et un sourire sincère. Il adore le restaurant et ca parraît! J'y retourne certainement! Le seul bémol serait la carte de vin. Des vins avec un markup de 3 fois, c'est excessif, même si je comprends qu'ils doivent bien faire leur agent quelque part.

Nous avons manger le menu degustation. Un menu special pour la ST Valentin. Pour ce qui est de la bouffe la finale, le canard, a sauvé la mise. Non pas que le reste de la dégustation n'était pas bonne le tout manquait simplement de wow. Le pairing de vin était intéressant avec des importations privées. Sommes toutes une belle expérience.

Une découverte dans notre quartier qui fait du bien! C'est comme un voyage chez soi! Seule ombre au tableau, le dessert: Un forêt noir, n'était pas du tout à la hauteur de tout le reste et même si on a avisé le serveur, rien n'a été dit ou fait pour compenser cette situation! Si c'était un peu moins cher, nous irions probablement régulièrement à ce trésor de quartier! N'en parlez pas à personne pour éviter que ça devienne trop populaire!

Between the excellent service and scrumptious, creative food, le Godot is an experience I'd recommend to anyone looking to expand their horizons. The kitchen's talents are clearly unleashed and you can feel the joy and pride they take in their food in every bite!

Small gem, to be discovered. We had tasting menu and 5-wine pairing set. Well priced; Inventive cuisine; Friendly but professional service. Highly recommend, worth the drive.

Je suis partagée entre 3 et 5 étoiles pour deux raisons. 1-il faisait vraiment trop froid. On avait notre manteau et notre tuque. L'expérience a une autre saison que l'hiver serait plus agréable. 2- le menu dégustation est excellent mais je trouve toujours dommage d'avoir le sentiment d'un menu échantillon! Bon service, gens courtois et nourriture de qualité.

We choose the « dégustation menu » and everything was Delicious. Would have given an overall rating of 5 except they were having issues with their heater & it was very cold in the restaurant.
The food was stunning. Like a journey. The five courses we had were so complex our table was in awe. Even something as simple as dessert was memorable

It was bad luck but our experience was probably ruined because of a large group that had their Christmas party. The service (that apparently should’ve been less than 2 h based on past replies) took more than 3 h…
The food took between 30-40 min to arrive. It happens, but if your waiter doesn’t give a heads-up or even apologize upfront for the delay, it makes the experience pretty bad. We called the waiter twice during the dinner and at the end, we were so tired of waiting that we just wanted to skip the dessert and pay the bill to leave. That’s when they realized the dessert was missing.
Food was good hut nothing special. Our favorite dish was probably the crab - very unique and pretty. Cod and lamb were ordinary. Portions are on the smaller side but fair for a tasting menu.
We were pretty excited to try this place, since we didn’t have the chance to try their MTLatable menu. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience and I hope they do improve in the future for other people.

An absolutely exceptional dining experience from start to finish. We chose the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Every dish was a masterpiece combining flavours and textures that were a culinary delight. The presentation was as equally pleasing to the eye as the taste was to the palate. The wine pairings were perfectly matched and heightened the flavour of each dish. The portions were just right and the pace was pleasant. Luka topped the evening off with excellent service, detailed descriptions and infectious passion. Great value for the price. Bravo to the whole team. We will be regulars.
