They offer handmade noodles n dumplings. Few types of noodle to choose. Their soup isn't too salty, I almost empty my bowl 🍲👍Xia long bao is not the best place to eat. Personally, there isn't enough soup. Steamed bean curd skin roll is particular. Hygiene was really bad, ordered fried dumplings where the oil was dripping as if the cook forgot to rinse it out, which i returned and got the steam option which took around an hour to receive. At the end the cashier was embarrassing people for tipping and was asking for more than what customers were paying. When it was our turn to pay, she pre-selected the tip for us without consent. When we asked to put the tip in ourselves, she got offended and we explained to her the tip is the customer’s option. We did give a tip, even though she was rude. They need to improve their customer service and quality of food. There are many other options in china town before you try this place.

I had the spicy chicken soup with rice noodles. Just spicy enough, with delicious marinated fried tofu pieces and freshly made noodles. It's gonna be my favorite place. Plus, the waitress seemed to love her job, always smiling and giving a caring service.

My new favourite restaurant in Montreal, which means I will be going back a lot. Merci Isa pour la découverte !!!!! You were 100% right!! Henan stewed noodles ... Wowwwwwww. I had the one with spicy tofu, mushrooms and chicken and omfg is this the best soup I've had in my entire life. Every single bite was absolutely heavenly. The kitchen staff is impressive & kind, and the waitress was simply a gem ❤️ I will be back many times !!
