I ordered two Lily Gourmande combos today on Uber Eats and in the description it says that it is made with bacon and sausage. Here's what they sent me: not only was it cold, but they forgot the bacon and sausage in both! Amazing. I could have made do with the rest, but the quality of the ingredients is poor. Everything will go in the trash. Very disappointed.
Super delicious at a good price, I really liked it, the spicy sauce gives it that extra flavor that I love!

Rather average service experience at L'Oeufrier today November 2 around 12:00. Ordinary dishes... poutine with Hollandaise sauce, never again.
Situation in terms of quality of service:
I am allergic to nuts\peanuts and I specified this to the server when ordering. He assured me that he was going to drop a note in the kitchen, so far so good. I order a regular cappuccino (regular espresso coffee and cow's milk), he serves me a coffee flavored with almond, hazelnut or with almond milk. It was sweet even though I hadn't added any sugar. When you are allergic you develop a VERY good intuition about smell and taste. I don't like flavored coffees at all so I recognize them easily anyway.
When I informed the waiter of this, he told me in a hurry (I had been signaling to him for a long time and he had not come to see me... he was in the juice I seemed to disturb him because he passed by me without seeing my signals on several occasions) that they are well organized to make the coffees and that it is impossible that I had a flavored coffee, then he leaves with an expeditious air leaving me to manage alone with my coffee. Meanwhile we received our order and we have no utensils to eat.
Fortunately and that's why I give the service three stars, when I signaled to her colleague she quickly brought me some utensils and she apologized when I explained the situation with the coffee, telling me that she was sorry and that an error must have occurred, that she would talk to her team about it. She later offered to replace my coffee with another cappuccino. When I drank the second cappuccino it confirmed my intuition because the scent and taste were not the same!!
When I paid the bill, I repeated to the waiter that it was indeed a coffee flavored with almonds or hazelnuts that he had served me. He was quick to tell me that it must have been the machine that had made a mistake and quickly changed the subject to lightly ask me about my day!
Even if this situation could have put me in danger, I understand that to err is human... what I did not like was the expeditious service of my server who seemed more busy serving the paying tables (tables of 4 people or more) than offering us basic service and who did not give enough attention to a situation in which I did not feel considered nor safe.
In conclusion, I want to thank the waitress who gave excellent service and somehow saved the situation for her unattentive colleague! She worked at the drinks bar and was very attentive and professional. Thanks to this person.

Yesterday I had a bad experience at L'Œufrier de Verdun, I had a really bad experience with the food, I was disgusted and I wanted to vomit 🤮.

Terrible service. I ordered from them and 3 times they forgot my sausages as side order which I paid for the manager once offered me a smoothie for one of the losses though the other times she didn’t believe me. Nothing more frustrating than people taking your money and not believing you the other times that’s the problem when you order at least once a day from restaurants, there’s more mistakes so when uber and/or the restaurant dosent believe you you lose out. It’s theft really. Avoid this place amateurs and their mistakes and way they handle it not right, food is expensive these days and we need to trust restaurants and services we buy food from. Terrible and let down. May as well cook at home.

Very good value for money, the only downside was the waitress had her mind elsewhere despite it being during the week and not very busy, we waited a long time for the bread and finally got up to get it.
This location is way less crowded than the one on Notre Dame, and the quality is also on point! The wait time is a bit long but still better than the other location.

Lomelette regis was good and Portuguese loeif benedic with “spicy” hollandaise sauce was excellent, the multigain bread was good too. The staff didn't come to refill our coffee but we had it refilled in the kitchen. I will return

A nice place for brunch. Varied menu with crazy names. Dedicated service and good food. The prices are a little expensive, but the quality is there.

I ordered lunch with uber eat and when I received it the bananas and chocolate were all over my eggs and potatoes. I blame the restaurant and not the delivery person because the French toast should have been packaged separately to avoid this type of situation.
