Worst Mcdonald’s i’ve visited in my life. I ordered 2 McDoubles,a large poutine,20 Mcnuggets,a large Strawberry Fruitorpia with no ice,a large Moka coffee, and a large coke zero with no ice. They gave me 1/2 McDoubles and then they argue with me saying I only ordered 1. And they tried to give me a small strawberry fruitorpia with ice. The rest was fine but they refused to give me my 2 Mcdoubles and made 2 mistakes in my order. Literally this Mcdonald’s is rated 3.1/5.

In recent years, McDonald’s locations in the Montreal area grossed me out. They’re dirty, slow, the self-order machines are broken, and the overall experience is just a letdown. I’m going out of the way to give this location 5 stars because it was enjoyable from arrival: there was plenty of free parking, the outdoor seating area was clean, inside it was bright and spotless as well. The self-order machines were all working, my food came out in less than 2 minutes after ordering. Lots of seating. I’d definitely come back here!

Disgusting restaurant. Other customers who ordered at almost the same time as us have almost finished their meals, but we haven't even received our food yet. It's been nearly half an hour. I really doubt if this is actually fast food. This is so disappointing—it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I really enjoy the crispy chicken sandwich. It has about 550 calories and is incredibly delicious, tender, and juicy. I recommend that if you want to try McDonald's, you should have this sandwich at least once. I'm sure you will love it.

I received my order in a bag that was too small with the food overflowing out of the top. I commented on the poor packaging and was met with no reply and looked at like I was crazy from the employee. Inside the bag two of the burger boxes were open with the burger topping spilling out into the bag. The chicken burger I ordered was not even close to as pictured ( i understand that’s usually the case but this was so far from the image that I was questioning if they got the order wrong) it did not taste fresh and since half the topping fell out of the box I had to dress it myself. I took one bite and threw it out. Also the happy meal I got for my daughter came with a different toy than the one that was advertised in the display cases. Horrible experience. Ohh and I didn’t go when it was very busy, there was me and two other customers in store.
