I received my order in a bag that was too small with the food overflowing out of the top. I commented on the poor packaging and was met with no reply and looked at like I was crazy from the employee. Inside the bag two of the burger boxes were open with the burger topping spilling out into the bag. The chicken burger I ordered was not even close to as pictured ( i understand that’s usually the case but this was so far from the image that I was questioning if they got the order wrong) it did not taste fresh and since half the topping fell out of the box I had to dress it myself. I took one bite and threw it out. Also the happy meal I got for my daughter came with a different toy than the one that was advertised in the display cases. Horrible experience. Ohh and I didn’t go when it was very busy, there was me and two other customers in store.

If service could be given any lower than 1, then I would definitely give it to them. Bunch of rude incompetent staffs who speak to customers like savages. Once I went to pick up my order and the girl staff yelled at the client because he knocked on the window waiting for too long, she proceeded then to say how she does not care about customers. The food is often mistaken . I ordered peppermint hot chocolate, which tasted horrible. Not to mention the insane amount of waiting time to get your food ( for sure, don't knock on the window or you'll get yelled by a staff like that one guy LOL). Manager gotta check out who he hires first cause the service there is HORRIBLE.

This still absolutely ridiculous. They messed up my order and forgot to add a cheeseburger that I ordered and they gave me a hard time and telling me I have to go to DoorDash when I did my order through the McDonald's application. Poor service and poor quality of food. The food I did get was very cold and my big Mac was more sauce than big Mac itself. I'm never ordering from this restaurant again or stepping a foot in their store. Shameful experience and this is most McDonald's nowadays. 0 stars across the board if possible.

Food is prepared with hatred. Looking at the people fixing the food is an ugly show. The food is cold because they are too slow as if reiventing the wheel back in the kitchen and clearly lack communication and timing between staff. If you are starving don't stop here. It will only piss you off to see the circus in this place going on regardless of time of the day
