I like ordering from here, but I would warn anyone against ordering the Cheesy Pull-Aparts. This location doesn't know how to cook them. I used to love them so have still ordered in the hopes they will eventually fix it, but the last 3 times I've gotten them they've been raw in the centre. Literally, raw. The centre has completely uncooked dough. I will still order from here but I've officially learned my lesson - this location can't make Cheesy Pull-Aparts.

Super slow and late delivery instead of 45 minutes it took 1 hour 15 minutes to wait. The pizza arrives, it is lukewarm, the cheese is rubbery, the dough and the pizza did not seem fresh, just reheated. 2 large pizzas for around $70. I am very dissatisfied and will not order again.

The brioches are tiny... I feel like I was robbed at $8 for the pins... 😂 I SOLD MY DREAM let's see...

Honestly after 2 years of ordering every other day, this place has reached rock bottom. The last month orders take 1h+ to arrive and when they do they are cold.Online tracker sais delivered so they can cover their asses when their late. I rarely called to complain but the last 2 times I did I was being mocked a lady that could barely speak any language saying 5 minutes sir when in fact it was 30 and when I called back they wouldn't pick up. So I called today again and asked for a supervisor and the person that picked up said he was the manager and didn't want to give me a name but offered me a 3$ discount even more insulting after the thousands I've given them. Charge back this place as fast as you can until they sort things out.

I order a medium pizza at pizza hut on wellington, verdun for delivery, and boy i was surprised when i open the box, the size of the pizza, i thought i order a bambino but on the receipt it says a medium pizza. So next time if i want a medium pizza i will call somewhere else, and the pizza wasn't even warm coz they don't have the pockets like domino.

The last 2 times I ordered delivery from this place, the pizza showed up 20 minutes after their 'online tracker' told me my pizza had already arrived. I had to reheat it in the toaster oven because it was cold. I don't know what is going on with this place, but I won't be getting pizza from here again. Overpriced mediocre lukewarm pizza that you have to wait an hour for.
