One of the worst experiences ever. The receptionist girl was rude and the manager was just as disrespectful. He supports his employees no matter how they treat customers, showing zero professionalism. I’ll never come back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant.

Really disappointed with Pizza Pizza. Last time they changed the dip without any warning, and this time I clearly mentioned to add extra pizza sauce — but they didn’t. There was barely any sauce even on the sides of the pizza. On top of that, I live very close to this store, yet they still can’t deliver to my address. Very frustrating experience.

I had not been in a Pizza Pizza for a long time and I really wasn't expecting much. But the offerings surprised me.
As far as a mass market pizza goes, I'd rank it as #1 or #2 contender. I had 1 slice of Carnivore and was so impressed that I tried the Hawaii. Crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were generous and fresh. The tomato sauce was not salty and the center was not greasy at all.
Would I drive an hour for it? No. But if hungry friends drop by, then takeout Pizza pizza is definitely an option. Or if I need a quick slice.
Right now they have a deal for an 18 inch 3 topping pizza for $20? Terrific deal. Bonus: pizza pizza is 100% canadian owned.

I have been coming to this location for about seven years and never had a problem before. I even knew some of the workers back then, which is why I was surprised with my order on September 12 around 4:56 pm.
I asked for the special that includes a large three topping pizza, ten chicken, four drinks, and sauce. The cashier told me I could not get the special, and since I was in a rush I did not argue. Because of this I was charged extra. My total came to 48 dollars plus tax instead of 32 dollars plus tax.
I was also charged for six sauces, but when I got home there were only three in the bag.
Right after this happened I emailed the gift card support address. They replied that I should go speak to the store. I am reaching out here instead because I do not believe the cashier who served me would help.
Could you please make this right by refunding me for the overcharge and the missing sauces, or by providing a gift card or coupon for a future order I have attached the receipt for reference.

I dont expect much from fast food, the food is what it is I guess. But this is just annoying and frustrating how they aren't well organized enough for deliveries. I will no longer order from this Pizza Pizza. They often dont have certains ingredients in stock so you have to change your order by phone and it takes longer to make. The wings and bites are always cold when I order, because they struggle with their delivery organization (like delivering an order far in Nuns Island before me while Im way closer and on the way to the other delivery address). They brought me the wrong drinks few times. Ive given them many chances but this is so disappointing.
Expect that an annoying mistake that could have been easily avoided will happen if you order for a delivery.
