Everything was INSANE! Every ingredient used was thought and the quality was insane! Each dish was explained with details of the techniques used and where did the products come from. It was crazy! We had two from the classique: the KNISH ; the cured mackerel on a sesame bun I.N.S.A.N.E it was soooo good! Like each flavour was perfectly balanced and everything came through! Third was the beef tartare! CRAZY! So fresh, herby, lemon, with the perfect garlicky well toasted sourdough!...
Basically the best restaurant in Montreal. The food is always on point with amazing top quality ingredients. The service is friendly, the drinks and wine recs always hit the spot and the atmosphere is super cozy.

It was a winter stormy night and as soon as we walked in Beba, we felt at home. From the greeting to service and the delicious food, Pablo and his team made sure our experience was one we’ll repeat. Every dish was good but admit the « Tiradito de Maquereau » and the dattes were special.
Bravo!
