if you're a healthy person this might be slop. staff was nice. just wanted a poutine after new years, something greasy after drinking and this was the only place open, but it seems to disagree with my body. ate poutine at other places without issue though. this one longer I ate it the more disgusted I was by it for some reason until I just threw it out, and my insides are none too happy about it after

The poutine was really good. Sauce was thick. Go for a medium size at minimum because the small is very tiny. The Hamburger was good also. Loved the coleslaw. Prices are very affordable.

This place is so good. Amazing poutine, never can go wrong. The French fries don’t taste of oil. The sauce is perfect. Delicious curds. And they steam their hot dog buns!!!

Update on 29/2/25 They raised their prices by 25-50 cent a few days later after I went to get fries.
Don't buy the hamburger again, ever since they switched to frozen patties they have been questionable and almost Russian roulette with your results. A real shame because we live 5-10 minutes away and always a better restaurant than other price wise

This place used to be so good. Ate there 3 days ago and was disappointed in almost every way. They're pre-cooking the burger patties, which is really unappetizing to me. As a chef myself, this for me is a HUGE faux-pas in this industry. Also there was only one small slice of tomato, "sour face" on that one too. Dried out cardboard-like bacon. The poutine sauce is more like a bbq chicken sauce with way too much corn starch. Not even close to enough cheese, and not real curd cheese. The fries were good though. The place is still set up pandemic style with plexiglass partitions. They don't do table service, you have to order and pay at the counter, then they give you a beeper that goes off when your order is ready. Sorry, I'm totally not down for that type of dining experience again. That place used to be a tasty greasy spoon. So sad...

I went today to order a large regular poutine at the counter and everything seemed good to me? I don't understand the bad comments. The quality, quantity and taste of my poutine was excellent. The counter service is good... the lady is nice and friendly. And as for the decoration of the restaurant, it was quite correct for a snack bar type restaurant. Of course, if you are a regular at a 5-star restaurant... This may not be the place for you. I can't judge the toilets though because I haven't been there.
In short, I highly recommend this place for value for money.
